In calicos. (I have one as well.)

They are that black, white, and tobacco-ish color.

Thanks everyone. I'm not hopeful as we moved house today and somehow she got out at the new house.

Maybe she's just hiding really well? Penny hides really really good when somebody she's never seen before comes in the house - I have panicked and not been able to find her - and then finally stop looking and shake the box of treats and 2 seconds later she appears.
Thanks for this!

If she doesn't come back, be assured that she has sourced another home. She will be ok, even if you are sad

It's been nearly 5 hours though. We've been through all the kitchen cupboards and no sign...

Echos, put her litterbox and a piece of her bedding (if she uses it) and a piece of your worn clothing outside. Cat's sense of smell is phenomenal and many of the lost kitties in my local area find their ways home this way.
Thanks for this!

She is but with old address. I have zero idea where the paperwork is to update the address in all our stuff.

That's the one thing that's helping - the knowledge that she is friendly and vocal so likely to get attention. Also, she was found as a stray originally so she knows how to survive by herself. And, at least it's summer so she's not freezing.

Thanks. Litterbox (which she used shortly before escaping) and food are outside so fingers crossed.

I am always amazed at how my cats can be completely hidden in a relatively small space.
Can you put signs out with your phone number and contact your local animal shelters in case someone picks her up and turns her in?

Thanks, yeah, I've shared on social media and I will do fliers when I'm back from work tomorrow. I'm also going to contact the vet tomorrow.

Oh no, hope the cat is found soon. How long ago did you move? Any chance you can contact whoever lives at that address now and ask them to contact you if they get notice of a lost cat?
Thanks for this!

We still have the keys to the other house. Its empty. We've told the neighbour. We haven't moved far so I'm really hoping she goes back there.
