Session cancelled due to illness with two hours notice. Frustrating, and then some.

There is an attorney who won jeopardy a long time ago and has made it the focus of his career. I was on a panel with him one time that had nothing at all to do with game shows and he managed to put it in his bio and mention it about 20 times during the panel discussion.

Well, the cardiology appointment was a massive disappointment. No news, no decisions. He's meeting with colleagues to discuss my case next Wednesday, and will call me after that. He wants me to start taking a diuretic to see if it helps my symptoms - that should be great fun.

Saw M afterwards... had an... interesting session I guess.

I found out that I am 38 days older than him. F***ing weird really.

I haven't found a show that's as well written as Fraiser.

This is the quote I sent R when we had one of our many ruptures.

Quote:
Lilith: Alright. Maybe, I'll just go... have some breakfast. [she
exits to bathroom]
Niles: Are we OK?
Frasier: No, we're not... but we will be.
Niles: Well, that's enough for now. [waits, and then perkily]
We're an odd little family, aren't we?

I just found an unexpected surprise goodbye present from Mr. Murse that he left in my desk drawer—chocolates from this really awesome local master chocolatier and a really lovely letter.

He’s going to restore my faith in men.

The number they use is a private number so I can't get it, but I have found another mental health support charity, just trying to put together a message to them and three keeps telling me not to send anything and keeps blocking me from wording it right :/

From IST:

Quote:
T asked me if I can think of any person or character that is like this part.
I said that the only thing that comes to mind is comical scenarios. I described a scene in Frasier where Frasier is pretending to be Jewish to please his girlfriend's mother. He is pretending he isn't cooking ham, concealing the Christmas tree delivery and hiding Niles, who is dressed as Jesus. T said he knows what I am describing - the desperation not to be seen as you really are. That was an accurate description of both Frasier in that episode and also of this part of me.

I would ignore three and they don't want the best for you.

I could help you draft the letter if you want in a PM.

Oh wow Echos you were so incredibly brave in session, it's honestly very admirable.

The holiday thing at the end was very cute!
