Yes I am on Trintellix. It helps but not enough. I have to add Cymbalta to the mix. For me the irritableness went away when Pdoc and I added in the Cymbalta. I think my irritableness was from depression.

Good to know! I've been on amitriptyline a long time but my new pdoc added it because I still score as moderately depressed on the PHQ 9.

I'm less irritable now but I'm quite bad at rating my moods etc.

Our favorite! “...every idiot who goes about with a 'Merry Christmas' on his lips should be boiled with his own pudding, and buried with a stake of holly through his heart.” So much of the dialogue in the PS version comes from the original text.

Although I am always a tad disappointed that they didn’t work in a “Make it so” somewhere.

Insomniac internet surfing led me to Info’s husband’s obituary in the local paper. Apparently Info likes Hallmark movies, which explains why she’s always pushing me to write happier stories.

Also the church they were members of is just about a mile from me. A long way to go for church from her house/office area.

I was messaged today on Insta. We won a prize for the chocolate competition we entered (there were only 12 other people who took part) . We had to make decorations using the paper wrappers. We went for Christmas jumpers.

P.s as it had to be public I used my spare account and my real name isn't Margot. I do post on that account but no selfies.

Gorgeous!

Eta - boy, i woke up in a good mood today! I slept like a log, altho i do remember a few dreams. One dream was, i was eating breakfast at the boys' table at high school, where they were given steaks in addition to regular breakfast food. So i was telling a joke about this later, where i said it was okay that the boys got steaks cuz they ate with the football team, because at the girls table we ate with the gymnasts, and WE got YOGURT! Yeah it was hilarious.

Now might be a good time to try! They're on sale on Amazon and at Sainsburys- £2.75 per bar instead of the normal £3.50.

I really did spend last weeks total therapy amount on chocolate and I have no regrets.

£3.50 on Green & Black chocolate.
£1.89 on Malteasers
£30.50 on Ferrero rochers

Thankfully not delivered to me and there's three of my siblings so I went a bit nuts.,

My T is still having problems getting paid by the insurances for many of her clients. I saw today that she had submitted claims to my insurance (which were denied) because she didn't submit them to the mental health arm of the insurance. So I gave her their phone number (again) to try to help her get paid. I gave her this phone number several months ago and she is just now trying again but she did the exact same thing she did last time. When I spoke to the insurance last time, they said it would be approved if she submitted it to the correct arm of the insurance group. You can lead a horse to water I guess but you can't make 'em drink.

I feel bad she isn't getting paid by the insurance, I'm also a bit P.O.'ed that I paid all this time out of pocket when I met my maximum out of pocket for the year. Now my insurance has started over for the year and I legit need to pay her now. But all these times for the past year I shouldn't have had to pay anything if she would have submitted the claims to the correct department.

It's just her. She doesn't have a receptionist or anything and I don't think paperwork is her forte. I pay her cash every time I see her and instead of having a bank bag or something to put it in, she just stashes it in this drawer or that drawer or in this pocket or that container. I'm like the woman probably has money stashed in the couch cushions at her office! Hopeless.

Pastor T texted me to see if I wanted to call some of the parents/guardians of the children who are signed up for our toy drive to remind them of when it is that they can come get the toys. At first I said I would. But then he was like, "Are you sure it isn't going to cause you too much anxiety?" So then I said it would and I changed my mind. I don't like talking to people I don't know and him pushing me to be more social is what caused me to leave him in the first place. So it was nice that he reconsidered. He said if it was too much that he would just get someone else. I bought a boat load of toys. Someone else can call these people to remind them to come pick them up. Pastor T said don't let it stress me out. I'm too valuable. *awe*

Honestly I would stop paying her out of pocket especially if you didn't have to. It's her responsibility. She could always choose to hire someone to get help with the all the filling paperwork if it's a weak area.

Nor should you. Chocolate is the best therapy.

I spent the morning shoveling snow, and it’s still coming down. As usual I am awed by my 77–year-old mother’s physical capabilities. My goal is to be just as fit at the same age.

I told one of my coworkers that I am schizoaffective yesterday. It went really well. She said she would have never known. It was fairly low risk as this person works in our overseas facility. We were talking on Skype. She says I am doing really well. It was nice. She said she would have thought anxiety from some of my Facebook posts but that is about it. Maybe I come off as more stable than I feel sometimes? But I am feeling more and more stable for the most part. I have some dips here and there but not as many it seems.

Kit, that seems like kind of a problem. Do you have to meet a deductible every year? Like, pay full price for things before insurance starts kicking in money too? If you do and she isn't filing things properly with your insurance company, none of what you pay her will be counted toward your deductible. You'd basically be paying her cash out of pocket.

Paying co-pays after you met your out of pocket max is bad, but not having things count toward your deductible might be worse...
