Maybe a change to a another office would be better. You do pay them after all and they should communicate as you prefer them to after you've already made it clear.

Approx a year ago. My brother and I were at this concert. You might even spot us (5th row in the front. I kinda wish that I had gone earlier to save a space in the line. I got there at around 1pm and it started at 6.30pm). My first concert though.

I started studying for my new subject surgery and so far it looks more simple. I'm already on my 3rd topic out of 90.

I also did 70 mins for my old subject internal.

My friend Jo met up with me yesterday and I went for a walk with her behind my building in my pajamas. Also meeting up with her today too at 5pm.

Did you decide if you're going to see ex T's wife?

Artie it's not your fault. I wouldn't quit a job without having a back up in the current situation either. I'm sorry people are so difficult. I still think it would be worth considering an alternative and to start applying anyway. What kind of areas do you like?

I forgot the golden rule of how to get in and out of doctor’s appointments quickly: don’t even allude to any medical concerns you have. An off hand comment about frequent lightheadedness led to an EKG and now, because like one spike was longer than normal, a referral to a cardiologist and a sleep study.

I doubt I will follow up. Una’s leeches would be preferable.

I hope you do consider going to the follow up.

Forget Dr Now it will be Dr Una with her show.

Or I think I would prefer something Grey's anatomy like with a Mc Dreamy being the reason for her increased heart rate.

Yes, it was a much better day today. I say "was" because I am done for the day, they offered VTO again and I jumped on the offer!! They let us use paid vacation time instead of not getting paid, so since I am always scrambling to use mine up at the end of the year I am opting to get paid for not working this afternoon. Even so I will still have 54.83 or something hours of vacation time available.

Let the weekend begin!

I'd consider the cardio followup at least. Heart's not something you want to mess around with. I imagine they'd just give you a 24-hour Holter monitor to start, and that was just a minor inconvenience (not being able to shower for 24 hours and having to return it). For sleep study, if they're concerned about apnea, you might just be able to do a home one. I'm picking up the equipment for mine in a couple weeks (earliest appointment).

I had a nightmare early this morning and I've felt off since then. Haven't gotten much of anything done today workwise. I'm really tired of the nightmares.

I keep telling myself its ok to just do nothing and i worked very hard when i was able to, but since i have been pensioned off i find i am doing a ton of nothing and i keep wanting to go join organisations and do things but when i am able to mentally i dont have the money.

I think my thinking of seeing exT wife is just another way to try to get close to him again triggered by the 2nd anniversary coming up next week and the meeting him and talking which has confused me no end because he made it plain that we cant communicate ever again in the letter after my termination. But thinking back it seems like every time i was able to stand up a little in therapy he pulled the rug from underneath my feet.

I am not as bad as this time last year where i sent my exT a series of emails and texts alternating between ' i hate you this what you did ' mesages and begging to come back to see him. I havent communicated with him since July last year.

I know, I know, but the thing is I don’t feel it’s a problem. I think the one spike probably has something to do with the hereditary heart murmur I’ve had since childhood. Or maybe the fact I walked to the doctor’s office (about 2 miles).

I’m more inclined to do the sleep study than see the cardiologist, so maybe I’ll compromise and do that.

I'm hopping in the leechmobile right now. I'll pick up una on the way.

Una, hope you have some leeches handy.

This is gonna be FUN. (Or you could just go to the cardiologist... Heh. )

I would not go for more testing of any sort, but I wouldn't tell others not to or to.

Does this mean we have to put the leeches away?

You never know when we will be called upon to provide them in an emergent situation!

I have one more season and a half of Untold Stories of the ER to binge watch. I think they used them only once. Not much call for leech wranglers these days.

But you know its spring and thoughts in a young SD's heart turn to whatsitcalled? SPLAT jumping?

Squirrel Wingsuit Diving.
I am sure if I splatted into a mountain or impaled myself on a tree, a good leeching would set me right back up.

I’m actually wishing instead I’d asked her about this little corpuscle hanging by a flap of skin from my right armpit. It’s been there for years but recently has become irritated and it hurts when my arm bangs down by my side.

I’m considering removing it with a pair of nail clippers (which will really hurt) and dealing with the blood somehow.
