Well, he finally responded to my email that he apparently just read. Guess I annoyed him with it. Great. I feel kind of sick now. I'm tired of everything.

Probably better to go through it, but with intention, knowing that it might upset you.

Maybe create something physical too. Like a photo album to look at when you feel low. Collection of messages that make you feel loved.

I was worried when I couldn't access this place this morning.

I've crafted an email to R, and I even got as far as scheduling it to send at a certain time. Now I've cancelled that, and it's sitting in my drafts.

I'm not sure whether to just go ahead and send it, or leave it in my drafts and send it manually on Tuesday. (It's real, and vulnerable, which means that the Critic is on my case.)

It was one of Debbie Downer's topics that she would go on about. Like after the other down stuff, she'd say something like, "And then there's feline AIDS and go on about that."

And aw, Toontzes!

Thanks, NP, I think that's a good way of thinking about it. Read through one of them this morning. A few entries were confusing at first because I wasn't sure who I was talking about because I didn't name them, then I realized.

A line that I now find to be somewhat amusing, but also sad: "Who can I even talk to who wouldn't just direct me to a shrink--the last place I want to go?"

It's not you though.

He said he would email- he didn't , of course that's going to trigger something in you.

OK, one positive thing (at least) has come out of reading these journals. I was talking about my friendship with my boss at the retail store where I worked as a teen. And how I realized he seemed sad about something the one day, and I asked if he was OK.

Thanks, Cake. I ended up playing a bit of Cozy Grove - a game where you play as a Spirit Scout helping ghost bears. Between the game and the soundtrack, I'm feeling a little calmer now.

Hugs all around to those who need/want.

So I had a couple glasses of wine last night just because I wanted to and didn't have to get up early this morning, and watched more episodes of Lucifer. Although I found myself getting all melancholy about L/therapy and the fact that we will end at some point and was only half paying attention to the show, so I just turned it off and went to sleep. I think I'm going to need to rewatch some of the show or I'll be confused in future episodes! I'm feeling back to normal this morning, happy again about my session on Friday which was really good, probably just the wine last night.

And I made bread yesterday, it was an action item from last week's dream work; i had a dream where I cut slices of bread and gave them to my brother. I like Robert Moss's idea that dreams require action - so as part of my dream work I try to do something with my dreams, draw them, or write a poem, or whatever, so for this one I baked the bread. It is yummy! Also, our son is meeting us at Cheddar's later to celebrate my birthday. His gf can't come as she'll be working, but I'm happy I will get to see my son today anyway!

I made the move across the country yesterday. Pretty much fled from ex-husband who did not take it well when he found out I moved out. I'm just glad I'm in a safe (physically and emotionally) place!

He got back yesterday apparently, and we do have a session scheduled for Monday.

On first reading of his response, I picked up on a lot of annoyance and shortness. But maybe I'm just reading into it too much. I don't know what to think.

Hope your day is filled with love.
