Yep. Spravato is the nasal spray. That’s hopeful for me that it helped your friend. T says she knows someone too who it’s helped. I never knew about it until I saw an article about it and Lithium working together. The clinic I’m going to also does TMS. Maybe I’ll try that too. Hopefully they’ll help me decide which.

Ugh! Insurance. DMHC did their own research and confirmed that my insurance’s recent referrals don’t actually treat BPD and SI. They wrote back to the insurance and they said insurance has until tomorrow end of day to respond. But my case is expedited, so it shouldn’t be too much longer for a decision.

I wish I could fully express my feelings to someone, but no one would want to know: not L, not H, not here. But I still feel them. I’m also so scared. Scared for L, scared for our relationship, and a little scared for me though I’m mostly okay. I feel so alone. I don’t want to reach out to T. I don’t want to have my session with her tomorrow. I kind of want nothing to do with her. Maybe I’m taking my anger out on her? But I really don’t even want to try with her.

I hope you do try and can share your feelings with T! And that she can handle them with the compassion and care you deserve Anger is totally understandable, but not the best guide usually. I totally get feeling alone, and no-one really wanting to know how you feel. FWIW I'd be happy to know your feelings. But part of that would be that they often help to make a little more sense of my own, so it'd be kinda self-serving if I offered to listen. Also, maybe happy is not the right word.
Thanks for this!
