You are 27. Having a house and a wife isn’t required at 27.

Personally, I value education and career ambitions. I don’t care how old the person is, it’s never too late to go to school for additional education. In fact it’s quite normal to go to school at 27 to pursue further education or even fully switch your field. For me it would be a big plus.

As about what you could do to stay attractive to women (to high quality women): continue staying sober, stay away from drugs, alcohol and pot, continue pursuing further education and career, pursue wholesome hobbies, help others in life, give back to a community in some ways (even in simply being a decent person) and just be yourself.

A good woman will come along when time is right
