Thanks for thinking of me faerie! I am here! I've been quiet is all. I'm feeling very conflicted about some things.
...one of my dogs scared herself jumping on the couch, then tried to play it cool. Gotta love her.

I had a staring contest with my stepdad's cat. He blinked and looked away. I think I won!

Yeah my cousins wife makes these she sells through anthropologie and on etsy...so it's kind of fun she put in a bonus peppermint lipgloss for me too

I just love the patchouli though the one I had before was patchouli lavender and I always just felt so alive after using it. Of course it helped that the scent was called gypsy which sort of made my imagination run wild right along with it.

2 things...1 are you making sure to keep coffee and 5 hour energy at least 6 hours before bed so it can leave your system...2 electronics...do you use anything bright like a tablet smartphone computer at night...there are programs that can block the blue light output that keeps you awake or you can use blueblockers ...3... I know I said two but you know I thought of something else...what time do you wake up in the morning if you get up at a set time your sleep will be more consistent because you will get tired earlier. Anyway I know it's not this simple sleep is either no big deal or it's a total nightmare when you don't get it.

My boyfriend talked to the realtor and getting a condo is harder than getting a house apparently. We can get approved for a house loan, but I feel like that's too much for us since I'm in college still. I found out that our landlord is thinking about selling the house so he can gain more money which puts us in a bad spot. I just want stability :/

You can get blublockers from amazon for $10-15 they will either look dark or orange-yellow.

"Previous research has shown that a chemical called kynurenic acid (KYNA) is present at higher levels in the cerebrospinal fluid and the prefrontal cortex of people with bipolar disorder with psychosis and people with schizophrenia. Now, a team from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden has confirmed this finding and looked at the reason for the phenomenon.

“KYNA affects several signalling pathways important to brain function,” said researcher Professor Martin Schalling, M.D., Ph.D. It is normally produced during inflammation caused by exposure to stress or infection, for example, which themselves have been linked to psychotic episodes."

Me too mfox! I just wish for you to have a stable, safe, home. That has always been so important to me, and often much harder to achieve than others might think.
Have you explored house rental options? Duplexes? Sometimes duplexes can be a sweet deal if you find the right one. You can also find them listed under multi-family residence sometimes.

I have not, I've mostly been looking on craigslist for apartments, but a lot of them only want one person which is weird. We can't afford a lot since I make less than 20k yearly and my car takes up 75% of my money so my boyfriend has to afford almost everything. He should be paid a lot more for his career position, but he works at a struggling small business which can't really afford their employees.

It is night time so almost everyone is asleep. I'm up since I'm at work and looking up scholarships, I feel like I have a good chance of winning several

Does anyone hear children's voices? I hear adult voices when they tell me negative things, but I hear children's voices a lot which isn't that distressing. Idk if that's weird or not, when I try to google about it I get childhood schizophrenia as a result. For years I tried to ignore my symptoms and not acknowledge my illnesses, but for the past two years I've been trying to learn more about myself and be more successful.

KYNA was found to be involved like 20 years ago it's linked into both the dopamine and glutamate(nmda) pathways so it's pretty much a matter of already blocking dopamine but needing to increase nmda signaling but too much signal is neurotoxic so they are working on glycine site modifications. There are supplements like sarcosine that block glycine transport in the brain increasing levels and thus nmda activity. KYNA itself works at the glycine site but it blocks it instead of activating it. So it's really just another mechanism that targets the same pathways we already know about.
