From what I read, it has to be embedded for 48 hours to give you lyme disease. And of course, it's not just any tick bite that would do that. It's specifically a tic that carries lyme disease, and there are certain states that have a high population of them. I don't ever hear of it here in Texas. My son's friend's mom lived north when she got her lyme disease tick bite.

I went back and found the question you asked: "how long til not taking my meds kick in fully?"

Is this meant to be a serious question seeking a serious response? It seems to me you've quit your medication often enough that you already know the answer to this one.

And does it surprise you that people might not want to get involved in discussing quitting your medication with you? Again. For the 90 millionth time. There's nothing left to say. The subject's been exhausted.

True. It can't hurt to check.

Sometimesp didn't bring it up. I did because I read that musical hallucinations can be one of the more unusual symptoms of lyme disease. So I mentioned it to Sometimesp so that she could think about whether it was worth it to get tested for it. Didn't really mean for it to turn into all this!

It's about 3am here, woke up about two hours ago after a nightmare. Was lying in bed trying to get back to sleep, was on my phone and all. Started hearing so much stuff, like someone walking around in the attic, my parents talking outside my room (they're in bed), I closed my eyes with the light on and I could hear this little girl really loud talking on a phone to someone called sean, when I opened my eyes there was a small child sized shadow that shook for a moment and few to the right, gone!

Before this I was hearing music really loud and clear, tunes that I know but these where like my laptop was on playing but my laptop was off.

Absolutely terrified here, never experienced things like this so clearly and so much. I think it's because I told my pdoc about removing the chip and it's on overload.

Anyone experience this? It seems to have stopped for now. So ****ing scared here.

lol... Sorry. I guess I'm the one who made more drama than it was worth.

I just think it's funny how freaked out people over ticks. Now that I've said that, I'll probably end up with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. That was the tick-borne disease everyone freaked out about before Lyme disease came along.

...i was asking that question because i was wondering when i would start seeing really bad symptoms. it does surprise me a little a guess...

i just so much want to to be able to function without meds. i want to be normal...like not have a mental health issue...
im sick of being considered sick and people having control over. maybe im just sick of being sick too. i just asked that question cuz i so badly hope nothing kicks in and i can live some without meds or take meds prn. everyone around me kicks meds down my throat. im sick of it.

it was a serious question.

im sorry costello

I like you too.

I've been quite sick physically so that's why I haven't been posting as much. I've been trying to just let my body rest.

Mentally I'm doing well though, no psychosis or anything. I feel excellent in that regard.

i worked 4 to 10 today. it went way better than monday. i met with 'other' T this morning and was really stressed about having to work today. other T said i seemed distant and asked me if theres something im not telling him. i wasnt hiding anything and i told him that. i think i was just really stuck in my head about going to work. anyway i ttexted my T and told him that i was afraid of going to work cuz i didnt want to get paranoid again. and it was stressing me out. he said to take prns with me to work. so i did and i took one when i got there and everything was good!!! i didnt get paranoid at all!!! yay!!

Freaking out over how to pay for grad school. The maximum amount given in my award letter from all sources is $4,000 less than what I'm being billed for for the semester (I checked it online). I'm going to call tomorrow and hopefully get it sorted out. Can't just make $4,000 magically appear!

Anyway, I'm proud of myself that I'm looking at this now. Normally I put everything off until the last minute and then end up in a difficult situation.

Ticks make me shiver with fear and disgust. Ewwww....Seriously, one of my biggest fears is getting bitten by a tick; that is why I avoid wooded areas.

Yeah I'm not disgusted easily but still, if I see something like that I am going to kill it. That's just logic. Hahaha!

I've had two. Both when I was much younger and camped a lot. One of them I couldn't see.. someone else saw , it and told me. I never felt them bite.. they just turned up.

Some of the medical psychosis does respond to APs like lupus I know for sure.....

Can you do research? Do they offer TA appointments? Is this an in state out of state thing? Often the out of state fee is waived for grad school.

Sick of all the BS lies.

Sick of the stalkers, they have recruited more of them.

No one cares about gang stalking though because only TIs know its real.
