well i had a migraine last night and was throwing up but i managed to get SOME sleep last night. been taking my meds regularly right now. gonna see if i can get out of the house today to get groceries. im still slightly paranoid.

why do you feel that way? something happen?

I'm thinkin' of asking the power co for some credit, what do you guys think? First time was 24 hrs. Second time was 72 hrs. This time was 2 hrs. It's been ridiculous...

Still here and reading along, just extremely fatigued so I'm not up to much.

It's ok I stopped doing that but need motivation...

Not anything more than you guys already know it's just you know you think if you're good and do everything you're supposed to do then things will work out but as you know that's really not the case...sometimes bad stuff just happens and it's not because you were bad or wrong or didn't listen or whatever...

I hoped I was well and now I have no idea what I am----I'm sad about losing my bird----I didn't get to the work I needed to do last week so I'm behind on the grant----

Talked to my boss about what's going on she knows about my bird and the fact that I'm relapsed now---she said I've been doing great so that's good and I feel somewhat better....

I'm OK feeling better after talking to my boss----sometimes I just feel slower or a failure when I'm sick and it's not necessarily true to others seeing me I just feel like a race car stuck in neutral....

I know what you mean about feeling like you are stuck in neutral... been that way for the last few months for me but I'm determined to learn from my experiences from my last episode & do my best to move forwards despite everything at the moment.

Well it's that time of the week again, but it will be 3 weeks since I've seen my nurse, so maybe she's forgot about me or they just didn't tell me I've been discharged. Maybe I won't get recalled this time or ever again.

Thanks AD.....it's only sometimes this happens...we talked about it in CBT that in order to believe that I was less than good at my job I would have to believe that my boss who I greatly respect is in fact an idiot and she's not so I must be good at what I do etc...but it generally applies in life as well...thanks for reminding me

Might be going back to college to study an add on course in animation and graphical desigh. Will know next week. Full time for a year for houns. Theres alot in the mix that i need to go my way , funding is going to have to come through and so does the college offer. I had to demonstrate career progression but they may view that the course is too similar to what ive already done. Well see

im really nervouse but kinda want to sign up for the cat volunteering thing. im so nervous. like what if i want to back out when i sign up. im just so nervous.

not that i would want to back out but idk if i know what im getting into that requires time and stuff.

Just try it---even if you back out then you won't be any worse off than before....

I wouldn't tell them that---just tell them all the good aspects just like for a job interview....
