im officially 24.

so last night was horrible. i have NOT slept at all. and im hearing voices and seeing things. idk what to do. i took my haldol.

things have started to shift into other things and objects. im hearing my name be called and diff sounds. im seeing ghosts.

Anyways I'm going nuts...

I didn't take any of my meds for 2 weeks because I keep procrastinating on taking them (yes stupid I know)..

So I'll take 20-30mg of ability today which should calm? Idk

I don't think it works that way...you normally need to taper on over a couple of days rather than max it out right away....

If I ever get to go back on abilify, I have to be watched taking it and then go on the injection, because they don't trust me.
I don't even like needles.

I guess it's a trade off dealing with that if you do manage to get on the Abilify.

... I was feeling a little bored so thought I'd have a go at cloud bursting. Never done anything on previous attempts but the cloud vaporised this time!

It may just have been coincidence... It wasn't that big & had just passed in front of the sun but still. I tried another but couldn't get in the zone.

I think I've watched The Men Who Stare at Goats a few too many times.

I finally slept, but I had to take 200 mgs of seroquel on top of all my other meds. But I got about 7 straight hours.

Well my sister is here from out of town, I'm waking up figuring out what we will do. I'm hoping my sister Kim who I don't get along with doesn't join us much, lol. I will see.

Btw newtus, 23-30 were my best yrs of my life so far. But yr 24 was probably the very best yr. I was in the best shape of my life and was juggling men like crazy. Manic most of that yr I think. Make it a good yr.

Well she's picking me up at 2. We're gonna go get supplies so I can start making jewelry and go get me some clothes. I seriously barely have any clothes, I need them badly. But I'm also need my hair cut really bad. I cut off 6 inches but now it's like a Bob. I don't like it, I need layers put in.

I was merging a grant and now have to work on comments--push some people etc----I was going to say fun in sarcastic way but it actually is kind of fun---I feel dynamic

i feel like everyone is doing things to make me feel bad on purpose. like they are targeting me. its been building up now.but its so hard to deal with. im constantly questioning why they are doing this to ME. i dont get it. i dont know how to deal with it. i just want to hide in a hole forever

I know how you feel. I don't have it all the time but I'm very suspicious of people at the moment & I often think people are doing things to be nasty to me. I think sometimes you just have to try & reason it out... doesn't banish the thoughts altogether but it helps.
