An entire book was written about the letter A stitched on a woman's clothes....

She probably didn't want to tell you the answer as it would impact the way you did the assignment...
No but it wasn't just that she also asked things like do people make friends with the same interests and can you tell a lot about a person without even knowing them etc.

It was also out of the blue and did not pertain to what we were studying at all.

Ordinarily I wouldn't worry about stuff like this but now with my paranoia is returning I am starting to.

Currently I am suspicious of any new members who joined in August because I think people might be cyber-stalking me. I've pretty much locked down my FB account to maximum privacy & stuff already... I wouldn't put it past me to delete it soon.

It seems stuff has got a lot worse being alone just for 2 days... I'm going back to my parent's house today.

I actually rigged something on my door handle so it would fall off if anyone opened it last night. I also briefly started considering if someone is broadcasting what I am hearing on some strange frequency that I am sensitive to but no-one else can hear.

Sometimes I think I'd rather have less insight... I hate not knowing whether to trust my own thoughts.

Anyway, determined to have a positive day!

Oh and apparently my record has queried schizophrenia on it... they never did make their minds up. I'm not going to complain really, I understand they don't want to be too quick to label things when they are uncertain. I'm assuming a return of symptoms will make it more of a certainty.

I feel really down right now depressed I guess But I am not sure why I wonder if it has anything to do with these meds I usually dont feel this bad and even though this sounds well...weird I had some more friendly voices I would talk to once in a while but they havent spoken to me as much lately and it makes me feel kind of sad because I liked talking with them.I like it when they will give me advice or help me realize something that I wasnt sure about.

Depression after the resolution of psychosis happens lot I think there is like an 80% rate of feeling even suicidal after release from a psych hospital for psychosis. There are a couple of major options...an anti depressant or therapy...you can call your pdoc and ask for either...please don't let it get worse

You have to understand how people think in order to write convincing characters....

Do I set up my main characters as having met hang gliding or do we go for an opposites attract and have the girl calmly reading on the beach when a hang glider dude more or less crashes into her. It's sounds like psychology which is important to characters and most people find learning about themselves and how others think kind of interesting....I don't think it's part of anything bigger.

Ok so I think I know what's going on. I'm on buspar now, never took that before with risperdal, it has a drug reaction. I still haven't slept. So I called my psych nurse, nurse. First I got lectured about missing appts. But man I was so depressed. Anyway, so I'm waiting to hear back about going off buspar.

Tried to schedule an appt sooner and the appt lady was so freaking rude. Ok, I'm so tired...Just can't sleep.

How many appointments can you miss? They can let me go after 3 it's pretty extreme here----not that I've ever missed one but still it could easily happen.

I try to reason my way out of my fear with this exact same thought, but it doesn't always work. The only thing I can do is try to keep identifying details to a minimum.

Newtus.. I take the sucretts with zinc & vitamin C at the first sign of a sore throat. Clears it up in no time flat. There is also numbing properties in them.
Says cherry flavoured on the tin but they are orange and tastizs orange

Vitamin C is definitely a good idea. I do find sometimes taking a paracetamol at the first sign of a sore throat can nip things in the bud too.

I think it varies regionally you can just talk to them and find out right? That would be the easiest----ask for the grand tour you know are there day programs like art or cooking classes, assistance with school---what can they do for you, make them sell it

Today I've had a busy day. I kept myself busy all day with housework. I think keeping myself busy helps. Now I'm just exhausted.
