oh ok. i didn't know things had changed. i was going by what u said months ago. im glad u are utilizing ur therapy more. i find it to be really beneficial for me. i understand why it hurts to think ur T is pulling away from you. i would feel hurt too. but honestly i think an ACT team would be good for u. i am looking into a program like that. they are more able to help u during a crisis. which is something i think u need. crisis management.

also i think its cool u have put urself out there and started volunteering. i think that is a wonderful first step.

This is something you should really bring up with her---it may just be a transference thing you're feeling like abandonment I don't know. Most of them will taper you off if they are planning on ending or transferring your therapy, but ask her what her plans are before you accept the ACT....

Hugs.....

Just remember it turned out OK last time at least for a while-----but also remember you might be getting into something better----ACT people are really dedicated I think and might be more available like Junk DNA's T----and you might get a new ACT pdoc who would be different than the clinic you go to so that might be better....

Basically at this point you don't know it could be a turning point in your life for the better---why worry if you don't know?

Man---went for walk across campus saw old pdoc----he's working here already, maybe only inpatient? Who knows but you can't sign up for him so that may never be an option----hmmmm.

I thought there was a $1,000 cap for your insurance what did they bill you for?

Regardless...you went there to make sure you lived and your life is worth a lot more than that.....

They may be pulling something....I can see the $1200 because medicare may have increased the amount from $1,000 but the $300 unless you had some sort of follow up that's weird but $300 is the base rate for a pdoc half hour without insurance where I go....

Call the number on your insurance card and make sure the amount is correct....

Step 2 call the hospital for a repayment plan for what you do owe....

I'm in the same boat. Just not sleeping well only getting about 4-5 hrs a night/day. I don't want to increase doxepin bc it mixes with the risperdal and causes me to be hungrier.

So I'm thinking of going off doxepin and adding trazodone. How much trazadone do you take? Last night I took 100 mgs of trazadone, that I have around here but I only have 2 left. But in the past it worked great. And from what I remember it didn't increase my appetite.

Sorry you didn't get enough sleep.
