Hope you're all well!

I've had quite a decent spell of stability when it comes to ''hallucinations'' and ''delusions''. I think it's the med combo I'm on. I'm afraid they're going to take me off the chlorpromazine because they said I wouldn't be on it for long. It seems to be working for me and my weight gain has stopped, though the dry mouth and dry skin is a b_tch, it's worth it. It's as though I'm not as distressed by these ideas and I'm easily distracted from them. Not that they're gone, it's just easier to deal.

I dunno! All is good on the island!

Surprise your car battery didn't run out while the door was open like that and being in the store for a hour.

I stayed home from school today because I had a low-grade fever and a bad cough. I thought I'd get a ton of studying done, but I did less than an hour. The rest of the time was wasted on the internet.

I wish I could take control of my life. I wish I could believe in free will. I think I'm going to talk to my therapist about this once I see her again. I was going to see her today, but I didn't want to get her sick.

well i worked today. it went pretty good. i felt good at work. i was talkative and smiling. i like it when work goes well and smooth and no troubles.

i am off tomorrow. i am going to go get more boxes and pack more stuff. i am looking at the 19th and 20th to get the uhaul and move for real. i wrote in the request off book for those dates but it said at the top of that page "NO REQUESTS" i guess since it's so close to xmas and they dont want to not have enough ppl. but, there was like a whole page of ppl requesting off anyway. I wrote that i am moving apartments and really need off work. so i will see i guess. my mom is off 19-24 so if those days dont work out hopefully one will.

i think i am doing pretty good this week.

It's hard to study while you're sick...just blame it on brain fog....

I'm drinking coffee as I lurk around on here, I seriously can't function without caffeine, lol.

It hasn't been too cold over here lately, though we had quite the cold snap in November... brrr.

Usually I drink tea but a coffee was definitely needed haha.

We're having a 'weather bomb' at the minute so it's incredibly windy and it's an ice cold wind too.

Have you got anything planned for the day?
Thanks for this!

Oh I love tea, I drink it every night before I go to bed.

I hate that ice cold wind, it goes right through you even if you're dressed for the weather.

I haven't got anything planned for today, which is nice. I've been quite busy as of late so it's nice to have some downtime. I'm really drained both in mind and body.

Ah that sounds nice a good relaxing day

How are your physical symptoms at the minute? Have you been given anything for your thyroid?
Thanks for this!

Yeah I'm taking synthroid for my thyroid crap. I'm feeling much better on it. I woke up nauseated because I've got a stomach ulcer that's still healing and I was impulsive and ate something I shouldn't have last night. Lol.

Just bought a new book called Mind Estranged...its about a girl who was a brilliant molecular biologist and a violinist who ended up homeless for 4 years before receiving a sz dx, then recovering and going back to school. So far it's pretty good...
