This is sunshine, I changed my name. I hope everyone is well. I'm doing way better on the zyprexa, but I'm eating too much. I can tell I've gained weight. So I'm gonna call my pdoc tomorrow. And I only have enough for one more night.

i woke up early to do my homework. but...i dont wanna. HARUMPH

My cpn isn't in today so I spent all last night worrying for nothing. Didn't get to sleep till gone 3:30. Couldn't stop thinking about hospital and how it would ruin my uni. Was meant to go to uni today but I didn't dare go in. Feel so guilty now. Going to try and go in tomorrow.

We have about 8 inches of snow. Welcome to Michigan! Still have to go into work. BOO! Ehh I need the money.
Today I should get two calls.
- My psychologist is going to call asking why she is fired
- My psychiatrist to make an appointment ASAP

Meanwhile, Im having a beer this morning with my klonopin to relax from the anxiety. Phew I need an SSRI that works but doesn't take away my emotions

Is there even an antipsychotic that doesn't cause side effects like dry mouth, emotional dullness(absence of emotion, appetite loss), restlessness or even depression?
Almost all the APs my pdoc prescribed cause me side effects that leads to anxiety and panic attacks, and I asked her if there are better ones, she said that's almost all she have. I'm probably going back to stelazine with benzhexol to cancel out the side effects, but I feel quite hesitant to go back with it again though...

Sounds like a stressful day...good luck with it all.

It snowed here all day yesterday, but it's gonna warm up here in the next couple of days. So it's gonna be melting...

Haha I know, Im another one with a cold apartment. mine has heaters in each room and it takes all day for the living room to warm up!

There's no heat in my apartment and the freezing air is blowing in. I'm so cold I don't want to budge.

That sucks, luckily my apt stays pretty warm. But we've had a pretty mild winter...

We get a big dump of snow, but then it melts usually a couple of days later.

Ah lads my head is wrecked. I just keep getting worse with anxiety and depression, I'm trying to stay positive but it's not happening. Been in bed all day, it's now around 4pm here. I've no sleeping pills left, I was using them as a prn to help with the anxiety. Going to try get in touch with my pdoc to get some meds, like a benzo or something. I can tell I'm getting bad again.

I don't think that's legal...it varies from state to state but here they have to keep your unit at I think at least 68 degrees.

Pretty tired, I kept waking up the past few days lately in the middle of the night because of anxiety.
