It sounds like you need some support, especially with your COPD and back problems. Living in a cluttered environment can really affect one's mood. It is just something to think about.

Do you feel a hospital stay is needed?

Good morning ^^

New psychiatrist in two hours.

I hope I don't feel like crap when I walk out. I'm going to ask for the Concerta back because it's amazing to me in how it works better than Vyvanse.

Edit: Ambien would mess me up..

They've given me some sleeping tabs cos I've not been sleeping and I'm guna take some risperidone to try and kick the depot level up. This woman came with my cpn who's a similar age to me and she's guna take me out for coffee a couple of times next week if I'm alone so I'm not stuck by myself all day.

Be careful with the risperdone :/

They threw away my bottle of 100mg+ and told me to use Zyprexa or Seroquel as a PRN which is what I'm happy about because Risperdal was the nastiest drug ever.. But it will help almost guaranteed on that..

No, I don't think so. I'd rather work on stuff outpatient.

I've missed exams before and presented a doctors note within a few days of the exam. This way I could do the exam during repeats in August or whenever they're on for you and not have to pay or be penalized grades (our repeats where capped at 40% if you failed the first time). Surely they'll have a similar facility in your uni. I wouldn't worry about it, it'd probably be good to put it off until you're in a better head space. Good luck!

Yeah I'm hoping it's something like that. I can't sit it like this it would be a disaster, thanks

Are you feeling better now?

I'd rather work things out in the real world too.

Thank you. Yes, I showered so I at least did something physical (for me). I should try to remember to do something physical when my anxiety feels out of control. There's a lot of noise today, outside and downstairs and I'll have to put ear plugs in soon. I hate having to use ear plugs but I hate the noise here more.
Thanks for this!

Textbooks are such a rip off. Colleges and universities time and again charge so much for everything they can. I bought a book that was $200 I got $75 back for it, so they can resell it for $150 as used. After paying for a university degree they even made me pay $90 for the diploma. That's greed. Parking wasn't cheap either. I even had to for technical fees whatever that was for, and pay to be studying in the program I chose to be in, Philosophy. Their cashing out left and right squeezing us dry. No wonder students are in debt.

It is better now. I've been curled up in bed, though. Sometimes I really hate being a woman.

I'm glad you feel better. Try to stay up so you won't be up all night.

I know what you mean! I'm glad your headache is better though. I'm probably going to try to go to sleep around 5. Wondering if I should take more hydroxyzine. It helps me get to sleep.
