Effexor has helped a lot with my depression. I'm not a little sad, I'm clinically depressed.

I never know what to say in Roll Call.
Except updates about myself and sometimes I might try to give hugs and support to other people.
Thanks for this!

I was on 6mg a day but be careful when eating and swallowing cuz it dries you out. I almost choked over 10 times. If you are about to choke, don't swallow just keep it in that position and get a drink.

Thank you for this. I've been having trouble focusing on print. It's since I started the Cogentin and I didn't make that connection. I also need contacts for seeing far, and I don't have any yet because I still haven't gone to my Opthalmologist. Without glasses or contacts I can read close up, except that the Cogentin has it all blurry. And my eyes are struggling to focus.

Fantastic!

I will just point out, it's not until January 2017... so just over a year.

However, all is not lost... the X-Files is coming back for a 6 episode run this coming January... can't wait.

Seeing my pdoc today, cpn got me an emergency appt. he won't prescribe without seeing me. I feel sick and worried about it. I hate seeing him. What if he changes my diagnosis back and throws me out of the service. Guess I'd just leave it and go to the dogs. I've had hell from services. I don't trust them. Oh **** I don't want to go. But I need help. I hope he can see that.

He does listen to her but I'm not sure if she would stand up for me. I think maybe she would. She's ballsy true.
Cpn mentioned putting me on an antidepressant to help with how I'm feeling. I'm just worried about how I come across and I don't want him to think I just want meds or that I think I have depression when I don't or he thinks I actually have bpd and I'm lying and a fake. Oh god I need to calm my head down.

Today is better than lady night. I know I just need to stay in the house to keep them from putting in more cameras. One would think the 2 I'll tempered pit bills would be enough to keep them out of my house. They are pretty ballsy

I'm about ready to head on over to the shelter. I've been agonizing over what to do for my daughters birthday on Sunday. Any ideas?
