My mom's home, and I'm feeling a bit better.

No more weird thoughts for a bit, trying to see if I can sleep it off and feel better tomorrow.

I saw quite a few people were having a hard go of things last night... I hope you are feeling a bit better today.

Sorry people had a shite night last night.

I went to see Deadpool, cheered me up quite a bit, then came home and slept for 13 hours. I think my injection is kicking in. Also got my schedule for college and I'll be able to get a lift home on one of the nights, saves me an hour and a half extra on the bus.

Good morning. Hope everyone has a better day today.
I think the zyprexa is kicking in. I'm sleeping like the dead. I feel a whole lot better today. Here's hoping it lasts.

Exercise can be a great way to deal with the likes of mild/moderate anxiety or depression.

I always find walking through parks or somewhere with interesting things to look at helps. They say that just spending 5 minutes a day exercising in "green space" can increase your mood.

Glad things are a bit better for you now...

Deadpool sounds rather intriguing to me. I was thinking of going to see it but unfortunately I'm a bit short on money for the rest of the month.

What's your college schedule like... are there many classes; are you in often?

When does it start again?

Afternoon all...

Spent like half the day playing or looking things up about playing guitar.

Determined to get rid of all my bad habits & take my playing to the next level.... I probably could be a guitar god by now if I'd actually practiced properly for the past 11 years.

Oh well, better late than never...

If you manage to scrape the money together definitely go see it, it's hard to believe it's a marvel movie. So damn funny and great cinematography, really well directed.

Starts at the end of march, two nights a week, about 4 hours a night. I shouldn't struggle with the content as I've done it all before. It'll just give me a formal qualification which should help me get a job. Starts out with the basics as well which is good. I'll just struggle with all the other aspects of it, the socializing, getting assignments handed in on time and the 6 hours return on the bus. I think it'll be really good for me, get me into a routine and get the brain working again.
Thanks for this!

I have to go out today and I'm feeling some anxiety. I typically only go out when I have had enough time to prepare for it or its for an appt. I'm stressed about it. My daughter is also going to a birthday party which also stresses me out. Going to be a rough day.
