I'm having a panic attack thinking about how I'm going to try to break up with him. I don't know how. My chest is caving in. I keep trying to calm down but as soon as I do, I start to panic again.

Does your bf not understand you because of your mental health issues? Or the chemistry is gone? Are you trying to hide what you're going through?

He doesn't understand MI. From the start, he's told me he'd break up with me if I did something I can't control. I.e.; my SI episodes, psychotic, depressive, anything. I have to be perfect. I'm too exhausted to keep trying to play perfect.

Oh, ok. No one could keep up with that. Just let him know that you feel misunderstood due to your mental health problems, and that you really can't let his ultimatum continue to run you ragged.

Obviously I've had nothing going on today since I've posted a bunch here lol. Tomorrow will likely be worse since both my kids will be out for the day. I don't know what I'll do. Maybe go shopping or something. We need new candles

I was only woken at just after 4pm today. I hate when I sleep away all the daylight hours, or the majority of them. I feel out of it. I didn't have coffee because I got up so late in the day. Shopping for candles sounds like fun!

I'm so sorry to hear this. Nobody can be perfect. And having a mental illness doesn't make you wrong or bad or any of that. You deserve to be with someone who loves you exactly as you are, mental illness and all.

My son got sent home from his sleepover. Apparently he thought it'd be cool to sneak out and meet up with another friend. Needless to say he's in trouble...again. Forget my mental illness it's my son that will kill me.

I have handing out punishment it causes me anxiety. I took a prn already and he's not even up yet.
