I really have to stop sleeping in the daytime. I'm still not asleep and it looks like maybe I should take my tizanidine to quell my jaw from snapping shut.

There are a bunch of people hanging out in the car lot outside. With a police strobe light, and a large vehicle. I have no idea what they're doing, at 3am.

I'm not sure what they started doing but the lights are on and they're doing something. Maybe a drug sting..

There were several people outside though and now there's no trace.

Thanks guys. I have a lot of support between the groups I go to at my day program on healthy eating, the workbook on bingeing I bought and soon will start seeing a nutritionist.

I haven't been coming to my program a lot lately just out of pure laziness honestly lol I will start making sure I get here everything day I'm scheduled from nowt on so I get the most out of it.

Well it sounds like you are doing all the right things, so I'm sure you'll get on top of this soon.

My financial aid got approved now I have a placement test I need to take next week then I'll register for classes right after that and I'll be all set for September. The only other thing I have to do is get over my fear of riding the public bus and navigating /getting familiar with the routes.

The janitor keeps burning something horrible outside my window. I can't get downstairs to try to take a picture. And he can sweep the odor of it out just by opening the window downstairs.

I think I'll take what helps me fall asleep tonight. It's stupid to not use it when I know it helps. The clinic doc is a stickler for not rxing anything for off label use. So I feel conspicuous about being open to use it for sleep.

I miss my friend. Yesterday (or early today) I posted that I'm generally not as lonely, but that still has to be compared against a baseline for me.

And my pdoc told me again I need to live someplace quiet. I don't know what to do.

You should put some loose tobacco on the sting area to absorb the poisons out. Then wash it with soap, and use neosporin or some such.
Thanks for this!

I should have done that but I got stung yesterday. I thought I would be ok cuz I got stung before and was fine. Hopefully I'll be ok. My mom said if it gets worse by morning I'll go to the ER.

My god the ER must be sick of me I've been there like 10 times already XD
Thanks for this!

Well here I am in another bout of sleeplessness. I'm going to take one of my pills and try to convince myself that it's crazy to be paranoid here on pc about what RX I'm taking (off label) for sleep. I don't have many left in the RX as of over a week ago, but I think I have a new RX for it.

I don't know what to do about my pdoc telling me I need to find a solitary place to live. I don't know if I'd really be safe living in such an environment. Plus I'd need more physical ability to deal with shoveling snow in the winter, etc. All the reasons I've never done it by now. It's ideal but it scares me. Anyway, where? I'd definitely need a car too. My head is going to explode.

And just to mention, the onion I decided to add to my sandwich almost made me cry, but the flavor and sweetness are second to none. Absolutely outstanding onion!

Happy Saturday. Having one of those mornings. The kind where voices kept you awake most of the night. That hasn't happened in a long time. Hopefully I'll squeeze in a nap.
What's everyone got planned for the day?
