My boss just texted me asking if I'm okay, and what's going on. I told him yesterday that my grandmother passed away. I just want some time off. He knows it just happened. It's not like I get paid when I take time off. I guess I should have sent him a message this morning... Sigh

Just did walmart pickup. They gave me like 30 dollars back but gave me the products free due to errors in their system. Plus they gave me a goody bag with food for using pickup for the first time!

Back on klonopin, as needed of course. I only need it like 1 or two days a week. Glad because I've been having horrible anxiety before my RCIA classes and church

Should I go tonight? I want to do this and finally become Catholic but I'm scared every week and I don't know what I'm scared of. I'm afraid people will make fun of me or something. Everyone is really nice though. Maybe I should give it a chance with the klonopin. The anticipatory anxiety kills me. It's not till 7pm to 9pm so I have all days to stress about it, I would prefer if it was early in the morning and I could just go and get it over with. I mean I want to do this and am excited but I'm still worried...

I always get anticipatory anxiety too, but once I'm there and in the motion the anxiety just washes away.

Why do you get anxiety before RCIA classes and church? I'm sure you've done very well with the course program.

I always get anxious and worried when I have to go somewhere. Especially at night because like you said we get all day to worry about it.
I think you should take a klonopin and try to go. This is something you've wanted for a long time. Don't let imaginary worry get in the way.

I would keep going, the moment you stop going its even harder to ever go again and may be the last time ever. If its something you want to do keep at it, usually it gets easier over time.
