I'm glad you didn't go with them. That sucks what your roommate did without warning of them coming there.
Thanks for this!

Morning! Finished with work. Now I’m just hanging out for a bit. Nothing really to do. Gonna jump in the shower in a few.
Have tons of energy but nothing to do with it.

I self cared!
Took a long hot shower, exfoliated, moisturized. Protein treated my hair.
Ate carrot cake Roll Call 142!
Now I’ve nothing to do again.
I had my lentil veggie soup. It was really good...my lips are still burning.

I learned that small changes over time are more sustainable than making sweeping changes at once

Good afternoon everybody. I spent the weekend sleeping and watching football and going to Church. I sleep way too much on the weekends. I think it's my depression. I don't want to do anything else. I'm more anxious today than usual. Not sure why. 1/2 way through my workday. Volunteering tonight and then IDK. Probably TV and sleep. When did my life get so boring....Kit

Yes, it should be "Schizophrenia and Psychosis Support Chat" at the main list of chat rooms. You may need to open it as a separate window with the chat window option on the top of the screen above the blue banner.
