Morning! Finished with work. Now I’m just hanging out for a bit. Nothing really to do. Gonna jump in the shower in a few.
Have tons of energy but nothing to do with it.

I self cared!
Took a long hot shower, exfoliated, moisturized. Protein treated my hair.
Ate carrot cake
Now I’ve nothing to do again.
I had my lentil veggie soup. It was really good...my lips are still burning.

I just went to the library and picked up Mere Christianity, and the Chronicles of Narnia

Making small changes over a long period of time helped me a lot. I always used to try to change everything at once and it was always a disaster because I'd end up going crazy with junk food again when I couldn't take the cravings anymore. like maybe for example. one less bag of chips a day and just try to maintain that for a month and add a vegetable and fruit to meals and more water. I learned that small changes over time are more sustainable than making sweeping changes at once

Good afternoon everybody. I spent the weekend sleeping and watching football and going to Church. I sleep way too much on the weekends. I think it's my depression. I don't want to do anything else. I'm more anxious today than usual. Not sure why. 1/2 way through my workday. Volunteering tonight and then IDK. Probably TV and sleep. When did my life get so boring....Kit
