Just took klonopin. I heard voices and it really agitated me and I got mad at myself because I feel like it's my fault when they occur. Maybe it's from stress. I've been up since 4am, only slept 3 hours and have tons of assignments and stuff from my 3 classes just seems like it's coming from every direction.

I'm sorry, Blue Bird, but i can't recall what meds you are on. Is it possible to get on an AP or Moodstabilzer to help with your hypomania? Seroquel really helped me. Although, i have to take 300mgs a night to punch me out.
Thanks for this!

I take a moodstabilizer already, and take 200mg seroquel at night to sleep. I've been doing well 99% of the time it's just I have a ton of assignments and projects going on in my classes. I'm probably just anxious because there's like 20 different deadlines for different things I have to keep on top of the next couple weeks

I'll be taking my evening meds in about 15 minutes so maybe that will help too

I can understand that. I don’t see myself parting with my moms rings until I die.
I would consider parting with my mils rings if god forbid she should pass away before the kids get married.
It’s a sentimental thing to thing. Nothing to do with the actual worth.

As everybody witnessed on PC SZ I get very agitated due to sleep depravation. Or if I get absolutely no sleep, for some reason, I do a little better mood wise. One of the tricks I perform that helps me fall asleep is to watch a movie i've seen a million times, that isn't suspenseful or action packed like Hamlet, Harry Potter, Sopranos, or the Godfather. It helps my mind to just relax and passively watch something mildly entertaining.

I fell asleep on the couch last night so I ended up hauling my *** to bed around 1am. Took my meds. So I was still a bit seroqueled when I woke up for work at 430am. Bit groggy and out of it.

Learned my lesson not to take my meds so late. Not too early - not too late.

I already took my meds tonight. Good time. I’ll be going to bed in the next hour and a half or so.

Aside from that I’ve been mainly just hanging out on Snapchat but even then not really talking much. Sorry I’ve been distant, guys.

I’m doing well. Saw my doctor last week and it went well. Still sticking on 100mg Seroquel until after winter is over just because I was depressed and upping from 50mg to 100mg seems to help my mood more.

Aside from that not much happening. Work is busy. We have a back log that’s hit crisis level so they’re really pushing people to do overtime. I’ve been working six hours every Saturday for the last few weeks. Don’t really do much else on Saturday anyway.

My sleep schedule is all out of whack because I slept all day monday.

I'm on 200mg Seroquel for sleep but it doesn't seem to help me fall asleep.

I'm doing better now than when I entered the program but I still have days like this where I just want to curl up and die. And idk how I can function in the real world having days like this.

Idk, sorry for the mini rant, just needed to get it out.
I still have those days

it's important to remember those days pass and better days do come

I do this too.

I actually pretty much always only watch things I've already seen before. otherwise I feel guilty for not paying attention

I have to be with someone to watch something new. idk why

Hey Kit

I have tons of reading to do for my history course so I'm working through that in chunks.

I hope you have a good day at work how have you been?

Hey DT, I ended up doing this last night. After I took my night meds I put in a Charlie Brown DVD and let it play without really paying that much attention to it (I've seen them many times) it was relaxing and I ended up falling asleep
