Morning. Something came up and it messed up my budget plan this month and this gave me anxiety ugh.. I can fix this up but anxiety is gotta be there first lol I love mental illness.

I'm feeling better today. More centered within myself. I think it was my former T's email yesterday. It was enough to stabilize me. I don't feel like I'm in crises now. I feel more stable. I hope it lasts. I forgot how it felt. My anxiety is rising a bit but I think that's because I had coffee. I'm trying to breathe deeply so it doesn't get out of control on me. I'm having a good day at work. I'm going to get a $200 Visa gift card as a bonus, and there's a meeting with free lunch on Thursday and I got free Starbucks today. Surely this feeling better can't have everything to do with all this free stuff! But I do feel better. Except for the anxiety. The anxiety is a little worrisome because it's like right on the edge of being too much. If I have to, I'll take some anxiety meds and then just end up getting sleepy. HUGS Kit
