I've rabid cycled before thanks to the ssri Lexapro and it was one of the worst experiences in my entire life. Delusions wear away at one slowly and surely. Raid cycling was the most intense, scary, horrifying experience of my life next to the panic attacks I use to get.

I can't do anti depressants, I've had a bad experience on every single one I've taken.

My doc refuses to give me an antidepressant because last time i went on one I went manic. Probably a good decision.

Edit: still kinda wish I could have one for anxiety though, I don't want to rely on benzos.

I take antidepressants but I'm also on 2 APs and a moodstabilizer so mania isn't a problem

I don't take or know much about remeron but it's probably one of the less activating antidepressants. the ones that were bad for me were lexapro and Zoloft

Remeron is the opposite of activating, it's sedating. Recommended in people who get insomnia with their depression.

Hey.

I'm literally sitting in the dark in the dining room here.

I was afraid of what would happen if I couldn't sleep. The sun rises in an hour tho so I guess it shouldn't be too bad.

Morning.
Bringing my husband for a neck shot this morning. Yuck!
I don’t have much else going on. Maybe some shopping. Have to see how he’s feeling.
Hope everyone has a good day!

I had a shot in my shoulder yesterday... Mine was just an office visit tho, no need for anesthesia or a driver or anything. Is he getting a steroid shot, or something else? I hope it helps him.

It’s a steroid/pain shot because he ruptured a disk and it’s compressing a nerve.
Kind of like an epidural.

I'm pissed.

Dustin is upset at me cuz he just told me he wants to stay another night. But he just fckn told me this second.

Not only do I not have an extra pair of clean socks and underwear, I dont have extra medicine. I brought enough for one day.

And hes upset with me. Like it's my fault.

That's not fair. What time would y'all be leaving tomorrow? Could you take your meds and change when you get home?

I feel really good this morning! I see the doctor in half an hour to refill atenolol and vyvanse. I hope my mom's doctor doesn't have a problem with me taking beta blockers with a stimulant...

I'll tell the doctor that there's absolutely nothing wrong with my physically.. Just my regular doctor likes to only give me one refill per med so I can talk about my mental health...
Thanks for this!

Couldn't that just mean that he has come to trust you? Or that his desire for food outweighs his fear? I'm sorry for your grief.

Went to doctor. He refilled my meds.

I went to the gas station to get an energy drink coffee and sat down to have a smoke and started talking with this middle aged woman that was also having a smoke. She just moved here in a camper and is getting a job and accomodation to move here. She's was a beekeeper and has a bachelor's of science. I asked her if it's true that all the bees are dying and she said her last 40 out of 42 hives died. I asked because my dads psychotic friend that smokes a lot of weed said that it's a conspiracy that they're all dying. Chemtrails guy.

She said "Cheers to moving to Jasper!". I love really social people. It seems weird that I meet all these cool people while having a smoke..
Thanks for this!

So exhausted, have to be up in case maintenance comes though, they can come in either way but I need to make sure they close the door so my cats don't get out.
