I'm glad I got up early, cuz I feel fine right now, pretty much. Like not tired or anything, so that's good.

The mixes usually work pretty well is that what you used? If so it could be an oven temp temp thing.

I would too, I don't think I could pass up brownies even if they weren't "good" chocolate is chocolate lol

I guess it depends on the recipe you use. I've also learned when you're mixing the dry ingredients to fold them in just till they're incorporated instead of continually mixing and mixing, it's something to do with air bubbles but when you fold it in till it's just mixed and then bake them they come out super fudgy and good

I did use a mix. Idk what I did wrong. I mean they were good hot but when they got cold they were hard as a rock.

Theres been a few moments this past couple of weeks, I've asked myself like "why am I here?". Like those few moments i dissociated. Not out of like mental illness, but like just now, for example, I'm watching tv and it went to commercial, and I'm back to reality and I feel like I shouldn't be here physically. Like sucked into a tv show and then back to reality. Like I should be with my dad at his house. Like I keep thinking idk this area or anyone here, I should be with my dad.

It's hard to explain. Maybe it is part mental illness dissociation. Like an uncomfortable feeling of I shouldn't be here.

I think its somewhat new to me that I'm on my own. Like I feel like I'm staying at a hotel and I need to go back home soon.

Idk.

It took 3 months to kick in. And then when I was relapsing, increasing the dose didn't help at all. Something is messed up with that. Could have been that I needed to give the increases another 3 months, but I didn't have the luxury of waiting. So inpatient, they switched me to invega I think.

The three most effective ap's for me are Zyprexa, invega, and risperdal.

I was on vraylar which is very similar to abilify so was just switched straight over.

I was on Invega sustenna for many years but gained 100 lbs on it and TD

That's me too! I started watching ghost videos by (Steven) Huff Paranormal. But the recordings give me the creeps. I don't believe they're just ghosts around town, I believe if they're not in heaven, blissfully unaware of us, they're in the other place.

Yeah, I'm really worried about td. I beat it before but I had to stop taking whatever I was on over ten years ago. Here, it looks like a majority of the smokers have bad td. Oral movements, tongue movements, badly shaking hands, shuffling gait, etc. The cure involves huge doses of best quality vitamin e. It won't stop the movements we already have, I don't think, but it might help delay other movements. Roll Call 152

Mine stopped a few months after getting off invega, thankfully I haven't had it happen with my other meds

Good Morning everyone. I'm hanging in there. Maybe a little less depressed than yesterday but the day is still early, anything could happen. I'm afraid of being more depressed again. I'm scared to think I might be a little better today because I feel like something is going to yank the rug out from under me and go HA HA, you're not better. I feel a little dissociated as well today. Kind of floaty. I try to ground myself, like I feel my feet on the floor. I feel my elbows on the desk, stuff like that but my mind feels like it is out of the top of my head and on a balloon or something. HUGS to anyone who wants one. Kit
