Idk what’s going on with my mom I guess the chemo is getting to her but she doesn’t want to talk today...the bf also had a work party so he just called briefly and I’m getting nervous about taking the train tonight. I hate it when I have anxiety and no one to talk to....

I know you can reschedule but I might get a worse courthouse if I do that. I’m just torn but I’m leaning towards just going as it’s the least effort right now.
I always got a note whenever they'd send me a summons. From either my therapist or pdoc.

I think jury duty would be interesting but I've been involuntarily admitted too. I think it's funny that I don't have a criminal record.

I didn't want to vote but when I was 18, I didn't want Trudeau to win so I voted for Stephen Harper.

Now I don't want to vote again because I don't want to be responsible for the economy but my mom is like "You must vote" so I do cuz as if my one vote matters.

My friend went to Seattle to meet up with his friend in Texas for her birthday. He will work on his storage spaces there. I forgot to ask how long he'll be there.

He should have taken me because I'd love to see the north west.

CBD literally increases my thoughts and decreases anxiety. THC decreases my thoughts and causes anxiety.

So CBD gets me high in a trippy way like THC gets other people high in a trippy way.

Oh, I wish I could go! I don't even know if they'd let me go for overnight or longer here. I'm not a flight risk though. I'd love to see Seattle. Except for their local spiders.

Hallucinating this afternoon. Mom said it's because of the med change and it'll go away.

I hope she's right

Going to mass tomorrow. Sad to say it's been awhile since I've gone but I'm hoping to go every week again

I feel good today. Thought I was having benzo like withdrawal cuz I was having anxiety two nights ago. But it was a calm trippy anxiety.

I feel good in my skin.

But I don't know what to do.

I'm gonna quit nicotine when my nicotine spray runs out. Then I won't be using nicotine anymore.

Started having visuals again today. Luckily I know it's hallucinations. It helps if I know it's not real. It's still bothersome, distracting, and disturbing. But it's not scaring me. It would be if I wasn't sure it was hallucinations. It helps that I'm at work, and I'm like what is the likelihood of this actually being real? Okay. Not very high. What is the likelihood that this is actually occurring at work? Okay, not very high. Okay it's a hallucination. Still I'm scared to go out into the hallway. I'm being ridiculous.

Do they have "wolf spiders"? In Chicago and Michigan they have the "daddy long legs" which I grew up with (ew!) . I don't think I've ever seen wolf spiders.

Ever since @newtus posted a picture of a centipede that was in her shoe I've wondered which is more nightmarish, spiders or centipedes.

As a matter of fact I almost stepped on one in the grass barefoot while out swimming at night with a guy I was dating

If my sleep doesn't get back to normal by Monday I'll probably go ahead and get my prescription for ambien filled, I've avoided taking it but sleep is important and since my thorazine was decreased I'm not getting much
