It depends, I just wanted to make a small batch so I used an online recipe. A lot of the cookbooks I have have really good stuff but they make like 36 to 48 cookies, large amounts of servings which I definitely don't need around the house lol

I mostly use online recipes but for cookies I use the back of the nestle pkg, same for krispy treats. These days I store my recipes in an app called paprika it just copies an online recipe which is handy because some of the blogs I use have gone under then I lose the recipes...there was a really nice veggie meatloaf I lost that way.

Yeah I know what you mean about the huge recipes ...I do rarely bake now because I have no where to bring leftovers and I sure can’t eat it all. The one benefit to cookies is you can usually freeze the dough though....which is great if you’re feeling lazy and want cookies Roll Call 156

I used to print them and I had like 5 books full of them but it became too hard to find things so I got the paprika app and transferred all of them to that which most were from cooking light so it wasn’t too hard. The nice thing about paprika is the search feature ...I can find a recipe in like 2 seconds. I sound like an ad for paprika but it’s really good....the only problem is I’m not 100% sure what my log in info is so if I need to change devices I may be SOL.

Had a really good day with my dad. Took a pic of him in front of a mural in the downtown area. And bought coffee from a small coffee house. And we went to a car dealership that's specialized in vintage cars. Drove my dad to see that.

Now at my therapist's in the parking lot.

Here a pic of a place you chain your bikes to in front of the coffee shop. It's a music note.

So, so, so glad we got to spend time together. And my dad loves our place!Roll Call 156

I don't know if I have been tested for HPV. The last time I tried to do a Pap Smear, I was so anxious and it hurt so much that the Dr stopped and didn't finish the exam. So, yeah. It's been too long since I've had one and the last one I had I didn't even get results from because it wasn't completed. I really need to get this done tomorrow but I'm not sure I can.

I’m sorry slumberkitty I know these are no fun. You probably haven’t been tested it’s kinda a new thing and they do it at the same time as the pap. I didn’t do it for years because the cancer they check for is caused by hpv usually and I had never had sex. I think they still recommend doing it but it never made sense to me from a microbiology/cancer point of view. This is of course my personal opinion and hasn’t been medically validated.

Anyway I hope you can get through it and then not need it done for a while.

Well i may not be making the cake at least not this week. It’s going to be wintery mix on Sunday so I might not see the bf at all. At least we got to partially celebrate his bday last weekend. I was kinda excited about making it too, and it double sucks to miss a weekend with the bf.

Maybe I’ll placate myself with a few break and bakes...

I think I fell asleep I'm not sure though, I was just kind of laying there in a daze for a couple hours

I think I need to lay off the chocolate for awhile. It's not good for acid reflux and I've been eating it a lot lately

I have to get up at 5 tomorrow so I can take the bus at 6 to the doctor. You have to be there at 7 in the morning to get a walk in appointment

When I go out it will be 14 degrees outside

Incoming picture of me on the new swivel chair soon...when dustin sends it to me.

Sitting on it with ms. Sassy.

Also, I talked to my therapist about one of my pets being an ESA. I didnt directly ask her, cuz I was scared, but she brought up the idea and we talked about it. So will ask her next time. Next week. She said either my cat or my dog would be good. She said one of the dogs would be better tho, cuz I could bring it into places with me.

Awesome, my therapist and psychiatrist wrote a letter stating my two cats are ESA. I don't bring them places because they're completely indoor but it helps when I will look for a new apartment so they're allowed to stay. and they help me reality check with hallucinations/paranoia and have literally been my reason for living at many times
