I'm sorry the apartment people are bothering you @newtus. That's difficult. I'm glad you have T tomorrow. I hope it goes well.

Trying to take my mind off worrying about being poisoned

I often watch the fireplace crackling on Netflix...I wish I could stay in some sort of cabin with a real wood fireplace sometime but I’m not handy with fire and the bf is not particularly handy either. I may have to settled for one of those click on gas fireplaces.

Anyway there was a book from some Nordic country called like hygge or something....they talked about the importance of type of light for happiness and the light from fire Roll Call 156 is the right color frequency.

That's really interesting

I'd also love to stay in a cabin, they're so relaxing. There's a lot of them here up in the adirondacks

I want to bake cookies now. lol I'm too lazy to do that tonight though. Maybe tomorrow when it's snowing

I'm so ready for bed. Didn't sleep well last night because I was worried about making sure I woke up early today.

Going to my friends to hang out this weekend

I got my new shoes today and they fit perfectly. They feel wonderful to walk in. Unfortunately I leaked to a relative that I got them, and the relative searches for pictures of that company's shoes and says. "I don't like them." This relative is really aggravating at times. She should try harder to treat me as a friend instead of a relative. I blacklisted her.

My dad lost his car keys...he’s not even sure they’re in the house. He was using the metal detector in the yard. I got him a tile tracker it uses bluetooth to track things like keys ...he’s probably going to complain but it uses an app to activate like a chip you attach to things and it sings a little song when you activate from the app. Pretty handy. I figure they can attach it to my moms set so they don’t lose both. I mean they’re getting older and little things like these start to happen.

Anyone want to help me find the perfect coconut cake....I’m looking for something that uses a doctored cake mix ideally yellow with scratch icing that’s marshamllowy and topped with sweetened rather than fresh or frozen coconut.

So I'm at the point now where when I'm going upstairs, I stuff everything I need from downstairs in my pockets.

I think I want a 7 minute frosting....I may just have to get a recipe for the frosting and wing the cake 🍰

I found this one

Grandmama's Coconut Cake with No Fail Seven Minute Frosting - Southern Plate

It’s pretty close to perfect....I may just make it from scratch anyway....I just usually prefer the taste of a box mix.

I hope you can...try maybe something relaxing? A book, a warm milk with honey and some relaxing music.

Pastor T said I can't SH for three days. I SHed yesterday and twice today. I have a GP appointment on Wednesday and I know she's going to be like it's time for your Pap smear. Crap. I haven't done it in a few years. It's either SH or don't get the test done. But Pastor T said no SH for 3 days. I'm supposed to call him before and after my appointment. I'm like crap. I don't think I can do this.

You know my doctor said the new pap recommendations are once every five years if you’re hpv negative...have you been tested for hpv? You might want to discuss with your doc to keep this from occurring as often. That aside I’m sorry you’re feeling this way.
