I'm in my moms room cuz she won't let me bring her fan into my room.
I want an apple watch, the new ipad and a fan. I will buy the fan tomorrow. Also a few opioids maybe. Good idea? No? Fine! I won't then.. It's good to work and have money. Although I'd like to be an entrepreneur.. But I'm more of a writer/musician type so Idk what I can do. I'm gonna give up on being a scientist if my logical brain deteriorates anymore than it already has. |

Morning
I need to go up to my pdoc and get some sample vraylar. I’ve been out for one day and I’m already getting slightly manic. Not in a good way. Like impatient and just angry.

Went to pick up samples of meds from my pdoc and he invited me in for an impromptu appt!
And he might give me metformin! He said he will contact me at the end of the day or week. Idk what that nurse said but she might’ve not even asked him!

I think I’m a bit hypomanic. Nothing is fast enough and I’m super talkative and excited.
Damn just didn’t realize how much that little bit of Abilify holds me back until I run out hahaha. Gotta go to the pharmacy after work and pick up my refills. But for right now I have to work which is bleh I don’t want to I’ve been snapping my work buddies and I feel like I’m annoying the **** out of them yeah I’m probably mind reading like my psych says but like I keep snapping and talking fast and I don’t want them to be worried about me but idk I want to just taaaaaalk with them because they’re fun and we all don’t really want to work. Ugh! Too much energy and I can’t type fast enough. |

I still haven't heard from my therapist. I got a call from the clinic on the 16th which was supposed to be our appointment that she called in sick but still haven't heard anything back. I hope she's okay

My case manager that works for my insurance company called to check in. He said I should get a physical at some point since it's been over a year since I've had one. I'll try to do that eventually.

Hi everyone. Today my jaw hurts. I imagine I was clenching my jaw or maybe grinding my teeth last night in my sleep. I also have exostosis which is painful today. Every dentist I've been to says it is not painful but that is b/s. It's not as painful as the jaw but there is definitely pain. Feels like my whole jaw and mouth is inflamed. I've been drinking lots of cool drinks to try to help it. If it is still hurting later I'll take some Ibuprofen.
