Yeah I took a Xanax XR earlier and it dampens my anxiety pretty well. I also took more Zyprexa, at my pdoc's on-call pdoc's request. Anyway, feeling somewhat better now.

Edit: sorry if that wasn't related to your post... ha

Yeah, do you have something to distract you if you feel super alone? For me sometimes audiobooks help. Sometimes comedy helps, too. Actually comedy really helps me. Listening to it. I am listening to an audiobook right now and that's helpful, even if I'm not even paying that much attention to it.

It's strange. I wanted to increase it to 60mg if I couldn't have a 5-10mg Dexedrine at the end of the day but that's basically running the engine without oil or coolant.
Add Wellbutrin equals more dopamine in the cleft. Works great.

Back in the day zines had just like cutouts and stuff that was pasted together not computer software....they were often made by people who just knew someone who worked at a copy shop.....

I was thinking of doing a coursera course but the Vyvanse wore off. I've been lying in bed and yawning tears are coming from my eyes cuz I'm yawning so much..

My moms friend said she might want to go to dinner in 3 hours but that's the time that I want to be in bed.

It works on glutamate and doesn't touch the dopamine pathways.. just serotonin..

See SP and I were right! It's not dopamine > : (

Although it indirectly affects dopamine..

Caplyta is working mostly on 5HT2a receptors, maybe influencing AMPA-NMDA stuff.

1600 bucks a month in the USA. God Bless Capitalism. Plenty of us live on that much a month!! I cld never afford it.
