See SP and I were right! It's not dopamine > : (

Although it indirectly affects dopamine..

I’m sure it is dopamine for some people....but I know for sure it’s grm3 for me which modulates glutamate.....

I've been so lazy lately, getting behind on household chores and grocery shopping

I find having something to do that you have to do increases motivation....ie work or something with a schedule.

Have you tried volunteering?

That's not an option right now, I've looked for opportunities around here and there's nothing available at the places I'd normally be able to volunteer at because of covid.

I'm just meaning like a way to get myself started on cleaning, like setting a timer or something

I guess what I meant is that ever since I started working again I haven’t had issues with motivation since my time is restricted. It seems to be having too much time is a major motivation issue.

Have you tried the library? They’re always looking for people to reshelve books etc.

They were one of the first I checked with, they said they're not taking on volunteers right now.

I'm basically waiting so I can get set up with supportive employment with the help of my care manager

I'm coming off the thorazine finally because I'm trying to lose weight. And sleep less. My doctor said it's okay if I want to try that but to go back on it if it doesn't work out.

Cleaned the kitchen counters, swept floor, put a way dishes. I need to see the dentist soon. Have some tooth pain. I never did get my fillings finished when I was getting them done right before the pandemic started. So I'll call them next week and see if I can set up an appointment.

My friend moved my large dresser into storage, and I'm not sure what else today. I guess it's the best decision. I can't go back to live there because of my stairs phobia.

I don't know if I'll ever get to hug him again.

Just remembered my T was talking about doing psychological testing at some point. Kind of scary to me. I don't know what it would show. It's kind of depressing to think about. I wonder if she had anything in mind when she mentioned that.

Same where I live. Not that I was going to run today anyway. But I actually did manage to play some tennis today with people.

Finished work! 3pm now..

I feel good - Went to the pharmacy to pick up some meds, had a shower, cleaned up the place..

My sleep schedule is perfect right now with the upper and downer.

My mom told me to clean the house but I'm too exhausted from working. I want to do something for myself - Although I have Monday-Thursday off so I'm gonna make a schedule for that..

I'm managing to avoid panic. Almost off of the phenibut and not dependent on benzos (I took one this past 5 days).

My mental health is good - Apart from fear of dp/dr =]

I’ve done it.....honestly not super informative for me.....she did the testing and then made her own judgement based on how I seemed after like a fifteen minute convo....after hours of paper testing....what was useful was the cognitive testing....
