And women who smoke during pregnancy increase risk of bipolar by twofold or 100 percent compared to nonsmokers' kids... Mom smoke like a steel mill.

I am doing a lot better this morning. Going to see pdoc in a bit. Should be helpful. Luckily, it's an hour-long appointment because we have a lot to discuss.

Good morning. Slept 10 hours 13 minutes. Feeling pretty good. Just took a shower, drinking some coffee and waiting for my hair to mostly dry till I take the bus to Walmart

Caught 3 horses in Zelda: Breath of the wild. These are two of them. Black one is named West, and the other is named Yahtzee. I named them. They were wild in the game and I caught and tamed them.

The other pic is just me on this statue in an abandoned church.

This rando chicken photobombed me and Yahtzee!

I got the colored pencils, a little sad because I also bought some groceries, and one of the items was a large glass jar of raspberry jam. Well the whole thing fell out of those flimsy plastic bags they give you onto the concrete outside and shattered while I was trying to transfer it to my backpack. Oh well

I kinda miss having the time to play these kind of beautiful games. Those horses are stunning and the chicken is hilarious....

I wish there were more hours in a day and no need for sleep. I want to work, study, read for fun, learn programming languages, crochet, learn languages, play games, and watch movies all at the same time.

Couldn't read the magazine. My eyes were jotting all over the page because of derealization. I had a panic attack and then went to sleep.

Hearing about all these hand sanitizers getting recalled because of levels of alcohol and types of alcohol in them and warning people not to use and especially not to drink them.

Makes me think when I was OCD psychotic and was obsessed with being clean and believed that drinking hand sanitizer would keep me clean. It was nasty, and I’m lucky I didn’t get sick or go blind.

Thanks. I can't believe how bad this is getting.

I might have to stop the Vyvanse and just lie in bed all day (Because my doctor doesn't want to lower it or increase it anymore or change the stimulant because I've changed my mind too much).
