My care manager is doing an assessment thing and will get me services to help me with college, and get a peer support person to talk to also

The nice surprise I had today was when I actually got a Coke from the vending machine! I drank it all within 10 minutes I think. I live almost right next to the lounge! I don't know when they started filling it again.
Last night I fell asleep in my clothes watching Pluto TV and when I woke up I didn't know if it was morning or night. I didn't remember falling asleep. |

I think I might have been hallucinating earlier.......like both my boss and the neighbors...super weird hasn’t happened in forever and as usual it seemed completely real.

I haven't been on in a little while. I didn't end up changing psychiatrists. Just stayed at the 1.5 of clonazepam. It seems like the most reasonable dose. I am not going to raise it. Hope everyone is doing okay. I had this back-and-forth stuff going on about the Klonopin but I think I have finally resolved that. It helps to get support around that.

I’m sorry I’m never on anymore.
I feel guilty for it. Been busy but been busy making art and being with friends and fiancé etc trips/vacations, visiting my dad, etc All positive stuff

I can't do the simplest things without wanting to literally cry. I've been crying on and off all day. The littlest things. I can't get myself to leave the apartment, I can't get myself to cook myself meals, I can't do anything and I'm a failure. I can't get myself to exercise, to clean. etc. I hate myself as a person and my body. I can't think about what my life may be like even 5 years from now without wanting to cry.
