I've never had an injection so can't answer... But probably soon, right? Hopefully it'll kick in...

I get awful brain fog as well. I think the culprit is sometimes the Klonopin. But when I go down on the Klonopin I get anxious! It's like a double-edged sword.

Then after I go back up on the Klonopin I beat myself up for failing at getting on a lower dose of it.

It's like a never-ending cycle.

Ugh why'd I get so anxious today? I usually don't get as anxious as I did today. Now I don't know what to do.

I just hate how Klonopin numbs my feelings.

I did it guys! After 2 months of trying to get myself to walk to the library to return some books I did it! I played Pokémon Go on the way there and back, caught a bunch of Pokémon. It helped with my anxiety about being outside

I guess the haldol is working

I feel sad and extremely unmotivated

Other things like half a cup of coffee would have me off the rails usually and I drank one cup today and I feel calm as a butterfly

I just think it’s better for people like they may want to actually buy a whole book instead of paying to unlock all these episodes you know

The new doggie is settling in. I took her to the vet yesterday to get her adoption exam and shots. Also got her chipped. She was really, really good there. Nervous but very well behaved. I am so proud of her.

I'm a bit anxious though because a new dog is a lot of change particularly as I'm still grieving my previous dog. I'm really antsy and scatterbrained because of this. I'll do some mindfulness meditation which should help this.

My sister is coming over this afternoon/evening to hang out. We always get together on Fridays. It's a tradition. We order a delivery dinner and watch a movie or binge watch a TV show. I look forward to these visits.

I'm going to try to start being a little more social/leave my apartment more. My apartment care manager called me today and said she noticed I have been isolating a lot. I just was honest and said I was struggling with my mental health. She said she's gonna call me Mondays through Fridays now just to check on me everyday to make sure I'm okay. I'm going to their cookout thing out in the courtyard next Friday.

I feel like today was a turning point though, I mean I walked to the library, that's a huge accomplishment

I'll try to make more of an effort

I think getting part of it free is part of the draw....it sucks people in but you could make a novel that occurs after the Vella....or even a prequel.

How have I been?

I’ve been functioning. Showering, brushing my teeth, etc. I go to work but I’ve been struggling a bit. I feel anxiety and then people follow up on late requests and it makes me hide further instead of resolving it. I hope I don’t get in trouble.

Haven’t had any paranoia or delusions.

I’ve just been me. With extra anxious about work.

There's a self care group that meets in the community room every last Friday of the month, I'm gonna see about signing up and start going to it

Restless and just been walking around my house for like 6 hours

I hate going to the office. I don’t wanna talk to anyone. I just wanna fill up my laundry card and leave

Cleaned my bathroom!! It only took me like 20 something minutes. So easy yet I had been avoiding it for so long. I just have to start and then it’s easy to keep going.
