I'm having a really bad panic attack right now, the worst I've had in a long time.

I just took a klonopin and am holding an ice pack to try and ground myself, I feel terrible

Live your life! You've improved greatly.. Just take the Haldols etc.. Family is important but don't let them hold you back until you feel comfortable. For me, it doesn't matter how long I haven't talked to a family member.. We know life is what is it and then after a long time, we talk like there was no time in between us...

Sorry BB.. I wish I could help. You've went a long time going without a panic attack though. I wonder what you did right up until now. The agoraphobia could be disabling you so try to sort it out one at a time..

It'll be over soon. My panic attacks used to last hours.. Hopefully max 1 hour for you..

Then try to read a good book after if it doesn't exhaust you out..

Thank you Desoxyn

Mine used to last hours too. It sucks, I'm sorry you experienced that too. I'm hoping this goes away, because in addition to the heart pounding panic I'm also worried my meds are poisoning me and that there's chemicals in my veins killing me.

Getting to know the new dog. her name is Luka. It's stressful and I'm trying to stay calm so the dog stays calm. So far she's very mellow although she lunged and barked at another dog this morning when we were outside. Not good. My dad said it may just be stress from being in unfamiliar territory. Hopefully she will calm down outside.

Its Wednesday so we will be going to my folks place today. I hope Luka does OK there.

I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

I’m happy you got a doggie, I hope she adjusts well. I know you miss your previous one, they will always be with you in your heart.

I hope you have a good day as well

I fell asleep last night after taking the klonopin for the panic attack. I slept holding the ice pack so I could keep myself grounded. I slept for about 12 hours which is a lot but I think I needed it. I woke up feeling so much better.

I want to make some 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies since I've got that 5lb jar of peanut butter. Maybe this weekend

Hey guys, I probably won't be online Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Don't be alarmed. I took Thursday and Friday off of work because I was supposed to go to my sister's. I cancelled the trip (too much stress, making me too suicidal) but I am still taking the days off of work. But I'll be around for a while today and I'll be back on Monday.

God my neighbors are so loud. I can hear them down in the courtyard, loudly, up here on the 3rd floor with my windows closed. Their voices are irritating and getting under my skin

I like disconnecting from the world sometimes. Not watching tv, not using the computer or phone. Turning off my router. Just getting lost in a book or being outside for a day exploring like the park near here. It's nice to be oblivious to everything and just being mindful of what's going on in your own microworld, you and your family, and friends, not through social media. Being in the present moment and appreciating the beauty of life around you.

I haven't been there in over a year. Maybe I'll see if my sister wants to go sometime next month.

Sometimes I miss when I lived in my old apartment, believe me I like this one 1,000 times more, I just kind of miss when I didn't have internet because I couldn't afford it. I was disconnected and it felt good. I was more focused

So Luka (my new dog) did great yesterday at the folk's place. She was friendly to everyone, even the parrot who she so wanted to play with. She also was calm when I went to the grocery store earlier--when I came back she wasn't barking like my last dog would have.

She is super mellow, like my last dog was.

But so far she won't go on a walk. I think it's all the smells of other dogs and it's making her nervous. She will go outside to eliminate but mostly wants to come right back inside. But she's starting to sniff around some afterwards so maybe in time she will be open to some outdoor exercise.

I have my T appointment this morning and look forward to it like I always do. Lots to talk about today. I have a really great T. She's very knowledgeable and supportive.

I hope everyone has a peaceful day.

I do this too on occasion. Thinking that technology is bad for me sometimes. So I take a break occasionally.
