Roll Call 186

Today was long and boring at work. I am pleased it is Friday and it is the weekend. Tomorrow we do a food distribution at Church. I had a $50 grocery gift card so my Dad said he would go and get some food for the food giveaway that way I didn't have to go after work. It will probably buy enough food for two families.

I can’t wait to get my apartment looking the way I want it and organized. I know it may be weird that I lived here for a year and I don’t have a coffee table yet, lol and I just recently even got curtains. But I finally found some stuff I like and can afford to buy.

That reminds me, I have a Van Gogh painting in my living room (Cafe Terrace at Night) that I still haven’t had put up yet. I’ll have to contact maintenance next week to do it

I can't either. It used to be different decades ago where one job could support a whole family - But now the billionaires have all of the wealth. Slowly bleeding the middle and lower class of wealth + Making everyone fight with each other.

It's hard for everyone but especially harder for people with mental health problems - The idea was to make play as work but people aren't even working to play anymore.. They're just working to survive.

If the evolution of humans 10k+ years ago came from tribal hunter/gathering, we should allow the transition go smoothly instead of neglecting everyones mental health by isolating people socially, spiritually, keeping people in apartments (Because that's all they can afford), giving them panic attacks/paranoia, dividing people.. idk..

I feel so brain foggy today. It started when I was spending an hour cutting potatoes at work while listening to a podcast that I didn't find that interesting.. I thought just now, "Take an extra 5mg dextroamphetamine" but I took the 10mg of olanzepine. They both work in similar ways.

I remember seeing people work full time hours and I seriously thought I could never do that. At the time I was on disability and working 15 hrs a week. Now I'm off disability and working full time. it's def not easy but it's not impossible!!

Good to know/hear! I just feel like my avolition makes me unable to do a lot of stuff. I have skills, yet starting my own business seems miles away. I know I can do it though.

Idk what to do with myself anymore

This haldol has me so lethargic and in bed all the time now. I almost fell asleep driving home on the highway, was so tired. I have no motivation or anything or anything.

Could you go for a lower dose of it?

I know that it's too late for this time around, but maybe see if you could go on a lower dose?

It seems like, when I take 15 mg olanzapine, I feel better.

Never mind, I'm just gonna take 10 mg.

I'm thinking of turning off my router and not getting online for about a month. It might be a nice break, so if I disappear from here and Facebook for about a month, I'll be back, just taking some time entirely away from the internet.

Are you isolating or seeing people irl? Why not get an app that will cut back on your screentime without entirely cutting it out? Everything in moderation.

Don’t get mad at me but honestly it sounds like you’re isolating yourself which isn’t a good thing. Even online socializing is better than none. I agree with SP try an app to reduce screen time.

I’m like crazy tired and I shouldn’t be. Sleeping all night and a lot of the day. I blame haldol.

Thanks I'll try using an app to reduce screen time. My side is killing me and I need a distraction while waiting for ibuprofen to hopefully help so I just came online right now
