Very windy here today, gusts up to 30mph which makes it feel a lot colder!!! Love the colder weather tho I could go without the wind

Had a good appointment with my therapist.
She seems to think I also have OCD. Because of some of my obsessions and compulsive behaviors.

Just took 1000 mg sarcosine. We'll see if it helps.

I'm thinking of giving all my candy away and asking for a low calorie diet. I'm getting crazy about how big I am. It has to stop, and I have to lose a ton of weight.

My friend wants to drop off my new phone today but is worrying someone will steal it. All the reviews are ok except for the size of the phone. It's very large and heavy. Like a crappy tablet. But I'm telling myself it's just a tablet. I'll have to put the sim in, but it might be an easy tray on the side of it. It has a micro SD slot, I think they're the only phone maker who does that anymore. It's almost a 7 inch screen.

I can finally play jingle bells on the ukulele, it wouldn't seem like it but the ending is a bit complex. I'm going to keep practicing till I master it then post a video of me playing on Faceebook around the holidays
