Well the perphenazine having been added back seems to be helping with the fear of being poisoned. Today is the 2nd day where I haven’t had that fear. And the mood stabilizer that was increased over a month ago is helping a lot too.

I slept good too, and I’m just enjoying things like music, books, etc. I feel pretty happy right now. I’m also happy about my future, (getting the cat, working part-time, and eventually taking college classes again). I have my self-care art group tomorrow too. Plus it’s Halloween season my favorite time of year, and I’m getting excited about the upcoming holidays as well (thanksgiving, Christmas)

Awesome! Just remember how you feel now if you ever want to tweak the meds again...if they’re working let them be.

My mom and grandmother (Both were nurses) said that I'm likely allergic to the vaccine. I'm not getting another one. There's spots all over my body. Idk if they're getting better or worse.

I just don't think I'm going to live long - Same with the heart paranoia.

I want God to kill me already. It's all a hallucination anyways.

I get a bad feeling about that therapist. Have you considered firing her? Or just ghosting her? If I were in that situation I would be very muddled about her, believing she kept her promises, when she doesn't. Sorry, Kit. Maybe it's not a good idea to throw good time after bad.

My friend brought by my new phone! I'm going to start looking at it and getting it ready tomorrow. It's very heavy. I'm telling myself it's not as heavy or big as the tablet I first got in 2012, and I liked the tablet fine anyway. So, I'll have to get used to it.

My grandmother told me that I might need to take an antihistamine but I didn't. I'll make another appointment with my doctor and see what he says again.. Maybe take a biopsy of one of the spots or something.

I’ve never had Coke Zero before. I’ve had Diet Coke, which honestly sucks compared to the real thing. I rarely drink soda of any kind anymore but when I do it’s usually a treat so I just get regular Coca Cola.

I had to stop the xulane BC patches, it was causing me to have nausea and some other issues. I'll just have to find other ways to deal with my PMS

I feel so agitated/irritable. I meditated for 20 minutes. It's hard for me to set goals - Cuz I think too many thoughts in one day - I have to spread them out through several days.

I took a dextroamphetamine tablet and plan to read the book that SP mentioned.

I feel such bad energy. It's horrible but I feel like I can psych myself out of it.

I work in the morning - I hope my coworkers don't b..otherme too much

but ****. I feel so bad.

I've been nauseous all evening/ night, I just want it to stop. It's after midnight already. I hope it goes away by the morning. It would be nice if I could sleep through it but I can't fall asleep feeling like this.

I never get sick (like the nauseous/throw-up type of sick) like ever, so maybe it's that but I think it's the xulane but I stopped the xulane tonight so hopefully that helps it go away eventually

"People under stress experience mental and physical symptoms, such as irritability, anger, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive troubles, and difficulty sleeping. Anxiety, on the other hand, is defined by persistent, excessive worries that don't go away even in the absence of a stressor."

Do I have anxiety or irritability? Idk

I'm driving myself nuts

Sorry for tmi. Apparently breakthrough bleeding and nausea is normal in the first few months of birth control use. So I’m going to stick with it for now since it’s only been a week and a a half

I used to be on this same med a long time ago and know I didn’t have any problems with it but I may have had the same thing happen when first adjusting to the hormone level change.

Anyway, I’m glad to know I’m not dying, and if it continues or becomes too intense, well I have a physical scheduled with my primary care doctor next week so I’ll bring it up then.

I have been taking the sarcosine for three days now (I am pretty sure). I've taken 2000 mg each day. I think it is contributing positively to my mood. On top of that, I've been able to go down very slightly on the Klonopin as well, so I am encouraged by that.

I’m also starting to wonder if my anxiety increase/panic attacks coming back is related to this med. here’s one of many reviews I found online. And it coincides with the time I started the patch

I just called my primary care doctors office. He’s not in the clinic today but they said a nurse might call me back about the side effects I’m experiencing.

The nausea last night and this morning has been intense. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before

I’m starting to think this isn’t a good trade off. I’d rather deal with my PMS then deal with this ****

Yes, me too, but I have to cut some sugar out. Coke Zero is better imo than diet Coke. For best results it should be served cold or with ice, it's pretty good. Roll Call 188
