So my primary care doctor just called me back. He said that the spotting is fairly normal when adjusting to the hormonal birth control so we'll keep an eye on that and if it doesn't let up or gets worse in 6 months to discuss alternative options to the xulane patches. And he also prescribed some tablets to help with the nausea if it gets severe. So basically he said to just call him each week to let him know how things are going with it and if something needs to be changed, he will change it. He said people's bodies change so even if I tolerated it well several years ago I have changed since then and that may not be the case now but we'll see

Just started the omeprazole

I am good. I am going through Klonopin withdrawals but I'm still okay.

Gotta talk with T again...bf is like picking fights At night about stupid stuff. He decided he didn’t want to go grocery shopping Saturday night, that we needed to go by four pm. We had discussed possibly changing it to Wednesday night but I checked and the store is just as busy then. This was after we spent the whole day doing stuff he wanted to do and today is my day or was supposed to be. He woke up and apologized and said we didn’t have to shop by four anymore because he forgot that he had to get lunch for his mom before we leave for my day. I work tomorrow so that’s her day but she sneaks into every day really. I’m not really mad we have to go later so much as I am that he was arguing petty garbage at bedtime. I hate when I get stirred up and lose sleep.

I don't know why I feel this way, I'm excited about my new phone but dreading opening the box at the same time. I don't know what's up with me. In any case, I discovered last night that Nokia will plant 50 trees for every xr20 they sell. That lifted my spirits a bit. I hope everyone is ok.

Being at peace is so important ....i have enough trouble balancing my own emotions I can’t balance someone else’s too.

I took some more phenibut which should kick in. I quit nicotine gum. I went for a walk to get regular gum.. sitting outside now. Its cold but sunny.

I drank rum too. I can't stop myself. I feel like I ****ed up everything.

I bought some nicotine gum and feel better. I'll be back in a few month - I'll be writing long paragraphs in my notes for now instead.

I'm just about done with setting up my new phone. Except for installing a bunch of apps. And putting the sim and memory cards in. This phone is meant to last about 4 years, but the way I use my phones the battery will conk out long before then. I've been wondering if I should use one phone for a tablet and keep the second phone as a phone. Hopefully I'll see what I want to do.

I feel a lot better today so far. Yesterday I was so out of it from my 3rd covid shot I got on Friday. Which is strange, because the first 2 didn't affect me at all
