Famotidine for nausea? I took it for acid reflux but it didn't work for that, so I'm starting omeprazole. The nausea is from the birth control patches so I'm getting off them

I think I had a nausea reaction to the pill also way back in time. I never used them after the first couple of doses but I probably would have adjusted to it if I'd tried. Lately I've been wondering if I should try estrogen for osteoporosis. I hate taking new meds, you never know what side effects they'll have. Roll Call 188

Yes I always hate taking new meds. It's always scary. I'm picking up the omeprazole today to start that for acid reflux and am hopeful I don't have side effects.

Headed out in about an hour to go get my Covid booster shot

I'm exhausted. I was up the entire night because of the BC side effects.

CVS was giving out these little gift bags to people who got the vaccine

I felt a little weird about a minute after the shot. Like a rush and my heart was pounding. But it seems to have gone away now

I swear to god I hate anxiety disorders with a passion. My other disorders as well. But anxiety in particular always makes me think the worst, like I’m dying or something

We’re trying to figure out if it safe to goto the movies, especially if we want drinks. It’s probably not but we may go anyway.

I went to see James Bond at the theater. It wasn't very crowded and we got popcorn and drinks. But there wasn't anyone around us for like six feet so I felt very comfortable. This has been a few weeks and I didn't get Covid. Of course, I live in the sticks so that might make a difference.

That’s exactly what we wanted to see, but we always see th parking lot full so it may be different....I think we are waiting until we both get boosters.

I went to my self-care art group today to distract me from my anxiety. We made beaded lizards then did a meditation

Yeah, we went to the matinee so that usually isn't as crowded. We went the first week that it was out but there were entire rows that didn't have anyone sitting in them. I'd say there was around 20 people in the theater so I felt very comfortable. I don't have my booster yet, I think I can get it next month but I do do some things where I am around people, like tomorrow I am doing food distribution at Church. I just hope for the best. At least at work I am pretty isolated.

Anyone here go to the movies on Christmas? We don't always but if my sister doesn't come down for Christmas day we go to the movies. It's always kind of fun. Except the year that I picked Les Miserables. My Dad was like, I don't understand it. Are they speaking English? And my Mom was like, "I'm lost." I was the only one who enjoyed it. Whoops.

We decided to rent some things from the library and grab Mexican food, so it’ll be a chill day....we got Jobs, the Ashton Kutcher one and something called rendition with Reese Witherspoon and jake something lol. I got a pastor burrito, so good. The nice thing is not paying for the movies so if they suck we’ll just be like meh and stop watching. It would have been nice to see the bond one though.
