Work is over..
I feel good today - I bought some more chamomile tea for the evening, came home and smoked a little weed to relax then swallowed a Dexedrine spansule? Cuz I find it hard to reorganize my brain for relaxing.. or being productive. But today I rest sort of.. I have some really cool podcasts on Spotify and plan to expand my podcast listening.. There's something else that I wanted to do.. I forget.. |

I need to remember to get a small block of havarti cheese next time I go grocery shopping, that stuff is so good and it's been so long since I've had it. And some bluberry lemon goat cheese. Sounds weird but it's really good, it basically tastes like dessert even though it's just goat cheese with some blueberries and lemon in it, goes super well together

Unsweetened Almond milk 1 scoop chocolate slimfast powder Frozen banana Frozen spinach Ground flaxseed 2 TBSP peanut butter

Despite having three servings of bread pudding an watching hallmark movies all day(he enjoys them) bf still wouldn’t be quiet at bed time....he got a text from one of his workers who cancelled something and he was pissed and just kept talking. I explained that I needed to sleep and he was like can’t I just talk out loud.....uuuuh how am I supposed to sleep if you’re talking right. Then he was all I wish I had someone to support me. I just went to bed.

Jesus. I had a lot of dissociation when walking back from CVS. It was hard to get back when feeling so disconnected. I almost took the bus back instead of walking because I was having trouble getting myself moving and didn’t want to get hit by a car or something. I hate when that happens. It hasn’t happened in awhile. I’m home now though.
