Any pms or anything that increases sugar cravings? Are you the kind of person who can eat one small square of chocolate and be satisfied or do you need a whole bar? It helps not to cut it out entirely just to have some when you really need it but in very small quantities. At least for me…

Yeah that’s a drastic switch….I think with exercise you actually need more than 1200 even for a diet.

I had my period several days ago so that shouldn't be it, that does usually cause that though for me too. The only sugar type thing I have in the house is just granulated sugar, so I could make like a homemade peanut butter mug cake with that, it's a single serving, but that would put me over my calorie goal. Idk, maybe it's not the end of the world if I go a little over 1200 calories, I mean, I'm still doing a lot better with food, sugar, exercising than I was. I just get nervous and feel bad about myself when I go over

I cut out most liquid calories (as in sweetened coffee/tea, cappuccinos, Frappuccino's) those were my big problem, I was drinking several of them a day and they each had a LOT of sugar in them

Maybe I'll get a bar of dark chocolate tomorrow when I go shopping to have a square now and then as a treat. I'm very unlikely to binge on that

I'm going to just make that peanut butter mug cake, they're really good. And even though they have sugar in them, they have wayyyy less than the amount I was consuming each day

I have to stop feeling so disgusted with myself if I eat something that's not a part of my diet once in awhile. I feel like the second after I eat it I've started gaining weight and losing progress

It’s all moderation…you need sugar for glycogen stores and you’ll feel awful without it, you just need some not too much and you’ll be ok. Balance can be more difficult than abstinence. You at least want enough carbs if not eating sugar.

Getting ready for work…I’ve gotta go in today…sigh. So apparently these stones can take like A month to go through. I just need to be aware so I’m not like alone or driving when it happens. I’ve got an ob gyn appointment just in case it’s an ovary though.

wow that is seriously a long time. I hope it is just a stone and not an ovary. Not like, "just" a stone, but I mean, something not more serious. Hang in there. You got this.

Hey guys. I woke up late today. I was gonna go grocery shopping and got ready, went outside to wait for the bus but it was too cold/windy and I forgot my coat so I came back inside. I'm just gonna go tomorrow after my appointment with my psychiatrist. I'm really tired anyway, I don't know why. I've just been sleeping a lot the past couple days.

Stash knows the words "treats" now, so when I say "do you want treats?" she goes crazy and gets super excited lol

My meds are all messed up. I can't keep track of the refills.

I have 3 months of everything though.. And I think it's as close to as perfect as I can get.

The pharmacist gave 60x vyvanse and 60x dexedrine (Supposed to be 30x) and it was a mistake but pharmacist said "You can take 1 or 2 a day" but I said keep the extra 30x.

I would like 60x 10mg dexedrine though and that's the only change - Otherwise too much would be bad for my heart likely.

I'll be going to the island again to visit family in 30 days so I just want enough to not be afraid of running out while I'm there.

I fell back asleep for like 3 hours. It’s around 4:30pm now and I just got back up at 4pm.

Gotta sign my apartment lease renewal tomorrow.

Have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow morning (video appointment). Hopefully it goes well.

Going to bake some chicken breasts for dinner later and have some of those microwave steam-able frozen Brussels sprouts in thyme sauce with it.

I'm doing a bit better than yesterday. Still having some SH urges and it was touch and go a bit earlier but I am not feeling as bad as yesterday! I am starting my new antipsychotic today. Lybalvi. The possible side effects scare the heck out of me. And you have to be careful what pain medication you are given. Like it can't be Tylenol with codeine for example. My parents are picking it up at the pharmacy. I have therapy tonight. And I don't know how that is going to go. Otherwise I am good. I am trying to decide when it is best for me to take a LOA from work but I want to give the Lybalvi a chance to work before I take time off because I will take it without pay.

How are you doing SP?

HUGS! KIT

I’m doing alright. Felt exhausted all day and slept a lot. Maybe it’s from cutting back on sugar. I’m looking forward to dinner. The chicken is in the oven. I seasoned it with a Mrs. Dash seasoning mix.

Just gave Mustachio half a can of wet food (turkey shreds). She enjoyed it. Tried to distract her for a bit because she always meows at me a lot very loudly while I’m trying to cook.

I talked to my friend for a bit today. The guy I mentioned yesterday.

Can anyone recommend any good seasoning mixes you can get at the grocery store for chicken?

Does anyone else make/eat their meals by piece? Like for example I’ll cook chicken and Brussels sprouts but only eat the chicken today because eating both seems too complicated, anxiety inducing. So I’ll eat the chicken and tomorrow I’ll eat some of the Brussels sprouts. But it’s hard to eat multiple things/sides together etc because it feels complicated. I know that sounds extremely strange but it’s just how I am

I don't do that but I don't like my food touching and I have to eat all of one food before taking a bite of another food. So say, I would eat all of the Brussel sprouts (because I always start with the vegetables) then I would eat the chicken. If I am going to save half for another meal, I eat half of the Brussel sprouts and then half of the chicken. And I hate it when foods are mixed together. Like Lucky Charms. I eat the cereal part first and then the marshmallows. I know, I'm weird.
