That reminds me, I wanted to share this with anyone who wants to play with art but is discouraged because drawing is hard. I found this while watching some tutorials on YouTube and I tried it, it’s so fun and you can do it mindlessly.

Roll Call 191

Basically you just need to draw some random lines until they connect with each other, making small bubbles. Then you color the bubbles with different colors, there is no rule, just pick whatever color you like. I did this one with some pearlescent watercolor but you can use whatever art supplies you have, like color pencils or pastels or whatever. If you put the result in a frame that’ll make a cute unique decoration too

I'm not eating enough and I'm not sure how to make myself eat enough, I am not interested in eating most things. Because I'm afraid I'll gain weight or mess up my weight loss progress, and I feel like eating is too complicated/overwhelming and it feels like a waste of time. I'm not sure what to do, I'm kind of getting obsessed again.

I'm also a little worried some foods might have chemicals in them that might poison me

I'm stupid. I don't know how to do things in moderation

Well I have some meal replacement shakes coming tomorrow, those are simple enough, not as overwhelming, maybe they'll help.

Honestly don’t beat yourself up about it’s super hard to do things in moderation. I basically gave up and got heavier because it was so hard but now due to the pre diabetes I have to be moderate with sugar at a minimum and it’s very difficult…..

Here’s a healthy plate…meat veg and carb….for diabetes I think it was like 1/4 carb 1/4 meat 2/4 veg. I know you don’t like to mix but there are ways to mix it well…like Chinese food the rice mixes in well with the remainder of food.

Thank you, I'll try to start doing this

Right now I'm eating a piece of toast w/ butter because I barely ate all day and started feeling dizzy so I needed something fast to eat

I have very odd eating habits, maybe if I can learn to cook a few meals that taste good I can start meal prepping them and eating them throughout the week. I'm getting some fresh bagged spinach tomorrow for salads, and I have some codfish in the freezer, that's easy enough to cook.

I just need to stop slipping back into old ED behaviors and try to stay balanced

I’m so agitated tonight. I can’t focus on reading my book so I’m listening to music instead.

I think I might need to take my klonopin tonight. I’m having a sort of panic attack about being poisoned and also agitation is bad. It’s been 12 days since I’ve taken one so it should be okay.

Yeah the withdrawal is destroying me. Anyway, I went back up to 1.5 mg Klonopin and I feel a heck of a lot better.

I can just concentrate way better on the Klonopin. It's like the anxiety gets so bad off of it that I just cannot focus on anything. It's like dissociation. I think.

I'm sitting outside with my macbook. It's cold af though 9C/48F. I can't wait until it's warm enough to sit here the whole time.

Maybe the cold will wake me up enough to try and be motivated while inside.

Cold can definitely have that effect. I have been known to take cold showers purposely just to wake myself up.

I ended up taking the whole week off work last week after my surgery because of the hematoma.

I was back to work yesterday and everything is going fine. I’m sleeping better but not great still. I can’t sleep on my left side and won’t be able to for a while now and that sucks. Hurts when I yawn because of the position of the hematoma starting right at the jaw line.

At least the surgical area and the hematoma don’t actually hurt anymore. Just feels weirdly uncomfortable and awkward.

I was sitting on the floor in my room on my phone.. cuz I'm tired of being in the same place. I have a colonial gene.

I told my mom that I don't sit on the couch in the living room cuz she's always watching reality TV and it drives me nuts! Lol..

Cheesy Fajita Baked Chicken - Instrupix

This looks fairly easy, and I could maybe serve it with some sort of Spanish rice on the side and a also a bunch of vegetables or a salad

I think I'm gonna try this out next month

I also found a vegan sweet potato curry you can make in a crockpot that looks good, I have never made or eaten curry before but I love sweet potatoes so it will probably be good
