So sorry about the dizziness, cogladaid! I hope you can hear back from the doctor soon! I know some medications give me vertigo and that's terrible!

I have a mammogram appointment today that I am worried about. Not that I am worried about the results, because I'm not, but last year I had one done, then I had to do another one in three months and then another one in six months, I guess because they "saw" something on the film. Then they told me to come back in six months which is my appointment today. I don't want to have to redo the test a bunch of times this year. Plus the technician(s) will see my

which is really difficult for me. So I am kind of freaking out about it.

I saw my therapist last night, via Zoom, and of course I brought this up at the last minute so we didn't have a lot of time to talk about it. I am going to have another appointment with her today so I guess we can talk about what happened at the appointment.

Took a walk down to CVS to pick up my meds. It's extremely hot and sunny, I'm glad I remembered to wear sunscreen.

My apartment building has a few events coming up. Next week there's gonna be bingo, and the week after that a potluck

tomorrow I'm going to the library

day after tomorrow is Stash's appointment

Friday I'm going grocery shopping

Sunday I'm going to my friend's to hang out

Next week I have 3 dentist appointments

I'm getting this thing that projects galaxy lights into your room, looks really cool, would be nice to have it on at night while listening to some music

I took a combination of some things a few weeks ago and I became so dizzy that I almost passed out.

So now.. I know what dizziness feels like! It's awful..

Alcohol doesn't make me dizzy (Just move-weirdly unless way too much) - Then the spins (I hate that).

My care manager just texted me back. We’re meeting on Thursday morning so she can help me fill out the application and resume for the part-time job at the library

I’m also gonna have her help me get re-enrolled in my college part-time for the upcoming semester starting August 29th. I’m making my final payment towards what I owe them in a couple weeks from now. She’ll probably drive me down to my college and meet with an advisor with me to help figure out what the next step is

She should be able to help me with getting work/interview clothes as wel

Ugh, I relapsed and I feel unwell now. I talk to my T tonight. I texted her and she knows. She says she still cares about me very much. I told her I don't even feel better. This freaking sucks .

I was supposed to Zoom my T tonight (and I already Zelled her the money). But she just cancelled on me. She fell last night and is bruised up and doesn't think she can do a session. Crap. This is like the worst possible time for this to happen. She said if I go to the hospital, she can't imagine that they wouldn't admit me to the psych ward. Well that seals it, not going to the hospital. Might make an appointment with my PCP in a few days so she can check on things. Crap. I can't believe this is happening.

So my mom has been feeling unwell last couple days, and with my dizziness (and low fever yesterday) we decided to take COVID tests. Turns out my mom has COVID but me and my sister are both negative.

So we’re in lockdown now in our house. Hopefully I won’t get COVID but it’s likely I’ll end up with it.

I know it's a limited thing, but you can watch TV lying down, and lift your head to take sips of things, and read, and listen to music, etc. I know it feels. And play solitaire , my fave is by MobilityWare. I only do the easiest game. But I know you have to go to work. Anyway, maybe you could try again on the weekend.
