I've had a really weird time adjusting to the time change. I wish they'd leave it alone and not force us into time changes. I'm almost ok, 4 days later.

Yesterday I was wishing I could go back to my apartment but then I remembered how horrible it was when I was getting delusions all the time. It makes me very sad.

Congrats on the 69 days. I know how easy it is to get triggered. HUGS kit

Thanks me too! She does emergency management and the local mountains have gotten so much snow in such a short amount of time. She worked 150 hours her last pay period when her normal work period is 80 hours! I haven't seen her since February 27th and we have barely been texting. I text her once a day to let her know I am thinking of her but I am definitely not getting the support I am used to because understandably she is busy! But I really miss her!

That's a good goal. Try to start out with short shifts so you don't get overwhelmed!

Do you have Parkinson's? That is such a hard illness! I had a really good friend who had that and she suffered terribly. I hope you are alright! HUGS kit

HUGS Angelique. I hate the time change too. I wish they would just leave it alone and not switch it twice a year. It seems so unnecessary. I don't do well on my own either. I worry because my parents are getting older. I don't know what I will end up doing. I need to work on getting skills to live independently. Or something.

Had my meeting with the career readiness person today. We went over some paperwork and info and I have another meeting with them next Monday to do one of the workshops. So we're starting out with looking for volunteer opportunities since I don't have actual work experience so we can create a resume that highlights volunteering due to the lack of other experience. After I get more volunteer experience we will creat a resume, then apply to jobs, things like McDonalds, etc

That sounds good, I’m missing caffeine I only drink decaf now lol it’s boring. Eventually I’ll have caffeine again just had to cut it out for now because I was drinking too much of it, 6-7 caffeinated coffees a day. I’m giving myself 3-4 months off caffeine then will treat myself to some good espresso.

Your coworkers sound really nice, it seems like a really nice work environment you’re in

I had a hard time adjusting to the time change as well. It’s annoying.
I’m sorry you miss your apartment. maybe you can decorate your room at the nursing home and kind of make it your own space?

What’s dumb is now that I’m not worried about medication or the spot on my face I’m back to worrying about food.

Felt horrifically depress, then esket balanced monoamines.

Going skiing, sunny day today. I feel super awake from d-amph, caffeine and nicotine (Tolerance slightly reduced).

Less than a week, I fly to see my sister for a week =]

Have a volunteer shift next Friday morning at the place I was volunteering at before. I'm doing meal prep/serving for their breakfast shift. I'm gonna keep signing up for shifts and try to get my hours up to 50, so far I've volunteered there for 8 hours total (four 2 hour shifts). I figure even though it was a little stressful last time, the more I put myself out there and challenge myself the easier time I'll have when I'm working. I'll be used to service type jobs even before I start working thanks to the volunteering.

I bought a 16 oz Reeses Peanut butter bunny. It's a whole pound. I did it last year around Easter too so I figured I'd do it this year too. I know it's early, but it's also to celebrate St. Patricks day. Idk I don't make sense lol
