Woke up depressed this morning, some of the craziest dreams I've ever had though. Now I feel pretty okay.

Still good, day 3 of 5mg olanzepine (Instead of 10mg).

Hugs to all.

Saw the allergist today.

Good news is he doesn’t believe lamotrigine is the cause of my rash/etc. I’m cleared to go back on. But I’m not sure if I can go straight back on? It’s only been a couple days off of it so I should be fine to start again? I called my doctor but haven’t heard back.

But that’s also like… why do I have a spot on my face? Why did I have headache, signs of an allergic reaction, fever, body aches, sweating, chills, and a lab detected immune response?? No idea.

Anyway, **** the seroquel I’ll go back to lamotrigine.

I have a follow up blood test with the allergist next month and then a phone call and an appointment later on in the year.

I see my regular doctor in a couple weeks. Hopefully I can just go back to how I was before this spot showed up.

And lastly, hope this spot goes away soon because it still worries me. Now I’m back to worrying I have skin cancer lol.

Sorry, I was struggling a lot yesterday.

I ended up staying up all night because I couldn’t sleep (I got one hour of light sleep around 6am -7am) I was up crying and
Possible trigger:
but I didn’t do it because I can’t leave my cats

One of my friends was up all night too because he’s trying to fix his sleep schedule so we talked for several hours on messenger and I played Pokémon Scarlet while we talked. (We dated in the past like 10 years ago but we are just good friends now)

Anyway it was nice

I walked to the pharmacy today. Got soaked. There’s snow up to my knees and puddles up to above my ankles. My shoes and socks got soaked entirely through. I should have worn my winter boots. I don’t know what I was thinking. Anyway I got all my meds. I can take my Thorazine tonight and finally sleep

Therapy at 1 PM today. I don't know why I am always so nervous before therapy. I feel kind of unreal though. So that's a weird combo! Don't know whether or not to tell her about the hallucinations. Some people don't know what to say about them. Or they just tell me I'm fine. Plus I am worried about worrying her! Sigh. I wish once in a while I could be normal. Whatever that is.

I miss my friend. I haven't seen her since Feb. 27th. Because she works in Emergency management and she has been deployed to the mountains near us because we got so much snow in a short amount of time. People are still snowed in and it is weeks later. I miss her so much!

I’m wearing shorts and while faded, I can see my self harm scars on my thighs and ankle. I get this urge now to self harm. It’s just this feeling I have.

I’m 69 days clean from self harm.

Trying to sit with the feeling and ignore it.

I woke up at about 3am unable to get back to sleep. Watched some tv and now it’s just after 430am.

No one is awake until about 5am. I don’t usually get up until about 630am/7am or so.

I’m sooo bored.

I finally got a night of sleep thanks to my Thorazine. I was running on 1 hour of sleep in 40 hours before that. Glad I got my refill. I slept really good and feel better.
