This guy I met in residential and is going to the same IOP as me is letting me stay at his house for a couple days. He lives much closer to the IOP, claims to be and seems to be committed to recovery, so I think it'll be good to get away from this place for a bit. I just have to not be a bad influence
Weening myself off most my meds too. Even my pdoc said the residential overmedicated me (three antipsychotics, two anticonvulsants, two benzos, prazosin, and amantadine), but I don't want to wait on her limited availability to taper. Already did away with Vraylar since I was only on 3mg and it has a really long half life so I shouldn't have withdrawals. __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |

I don't have work again until Sunday yay.
Plans for my days off: sleep sleep sleep go to the library Practice violin a lot Catch up on some shows Play games Spend time with my bf Catch up on all my laundry and household chores Play with my cats, I feel like I haven't given them enough attention lately and feel bad for being gone from home for long hours Maybe meal prep this weekend for sunday through saturday, I have 4 shifts.. When I say meal prepping I basically mean making hamburger helper Other than that just relax and try to enjoy time spent not being productive. Read my books. Drink coffee from my new keurig. Oh and my sister and I are having lunch at Dennys on Saturday __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Made a vegan stew for dinner. Sweet potato, chickpea, and spinach. Yummy! I was going to go to this market on Sunday but apparently it was only four small tents and the lineup was like an hour and a half, so I went to the Ethiopian food truck and went home. Food was so good! I bought an Ethiopian cookbook and am waiting for it now. I’m inspired. I went to physiotherapist today for my arm. Got exercises and stuff to do. Hopefully it gets back to normal quickly. Have like some kind of tendonitis in my forearm. Anyway not much else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Oh and if work calls I'm ignoring them because I'm not scheduled till Sunday. Normally I don't mind picking up/covering shifts now and then but I just did two long *** back to back shifts on zero sleep doing something really stressful and intense so I'm not available for awhile, I don't have to answer

I think a stew would be a good start! Basically you cut things up, throw it in a pot and stir it every so often until it’s done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Bad, broken brain. No jk - Had a nice time with my aunt and uncle. They're visiting for 3 days - It's good. We talked a lot, and it helped ^-; I took a 5mg olanzepine, just to keep my mind together. |

I overslept and missed my volunteer shift so I apologized to the person in charge of kitten angels and told them I unfortunately couldn’t continue with them at least for now but hope to come back someday. Due to work being so unpredictable. They called me in to work today from 12pm to 5pm so I’m gonna be doing that today :/

I have a stupid cough. It's just hanging on and on. I took a very quick shower and I skipped my hair. I don't know if I posted about my haircut, it's like the best one I've had in my life. Lots of layers and I got rid of almost all the length. About 3 weeks ago. I love it. Anyway, I didn't wash my hair and the CNA is like, "your hair is dry!" I said I know, I didn't wash my hair. Why don't they just leave me alone.

Just got home. Stopped at the little pizza place across the street from my apartment when I got home from work. Got a slice of pizza and a can of coke. $3 total no change. Huge slice of pizza like bigger than my face. Good deal. I was hungry cause I haven’t eaten since breakfast and it’s 6pm now. So I’m eating that now. I work tomorrow from 12pm to 7pm

Played the magic the gathering card game with my bf tonight. Now am just relaxing and listening to music. We’re gonna watch some anime later. I feel pretty good.
Somebody picked up their $500 layaway today at work (all clothes) and it was huuuuge and a nightmare to deal with plus they did 4 methods of payment for it. Overwhelmed by work honestly. I was slacking and it’s biting me in the *** now. Sometimes I just can’t focus and do anything, then it piles up and I struggle to catch up.
On Friday night I worked until 1030pm because we were short people and everyone wanted a rush done ASAP. Today I worked for a few hours, then had a meeting, then a team lunch, then another meeting. I didn’t feel like I did too much so I got home around 3pm and aside from cooking fish and then eating and taking the dogs for a walk I worked until 8pm. Tomorrow I do some training for someone. On Thursday I have to train on something with someone else. This admin person on our team quit and her last day is on Friday so they’re delegating the stuff she worked on to the rest of us. So two of my coworkers will be doing the bulk of it, which leaves me handling all quotes that come in. Which hopefully isn’t too crazy. Seven account managers across the two provinces, and we’re into the last quarter of the year where there’s a push to get sales… But hey, it is what it is. Crying about it isn’t going to change it. Just gotta deal with it. Trying not to stress too much. To be fair… I hate being bored at work so at least I’ll be busy instead of bored! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Going to start buying clothes with my employee discount at my job, build up my wardrobe. They have nice clothes for good prices. Plus the emplyee discount. So it'd be a good idea to take advantage of that. I am buying a hoodie on this Saturday. Next Friday my big paycheck comes in and I'm gonna buy a bunch of clothes. Same thing the following week after that.
