Just finished an evening static stretching routine. 26 minutes total and my body feels a lot less stiff now.

Got over 10k steps today from work and forced myself to do a workout when I got home. I'm glad I did! It was a challenging yet not excruciating HIIT/abs workout, Day 3 of the FBSweat program. The HIIT moves focused on the lower body so I won't be surprised if I'm sore tomorrow. 33 minutes total including warm up and cool down.

Somehow I've managed to meet my 30 minutes cardio goal every day for the last 10 days. Not succeeding in many other areas, but for once, exercise has not taken a back seat when things get rough.
Hugs from:

Just finished Day 4 of the FBSweat program, today was an upper body workout with weights. I also did the optional bonus workout, another upper body routine to help with poor posture. 50 minutes total including the warm up and cool down.

Just finished Day 5 of the FBSweat program. Today was lower body strength and HIIT that focused on the lower body. 36 minutes total, 4/5 in difficulty. It was a rough workout at times, some extra pauses and some modifications were required. But I managed to get through! Very happy I did my workout today, it has been sort of a blah day and it helps me to know I did something positive with at least some part of my day.

Just finished Day 6 of the FBSweat program, which was an optional stretching routine. It happened to be one that I have done several times and enjoy, the 26 minute long static stretching workout. My muscles definitely needed a good stretch and I feel quite relaxed now.

Today, Day 7 of FBSweat, was a rest day from any intense working out. I still managed to get in over 13.5k steps today and quite a bit of lifting at work. Back at it tomorrow!

Just finished Day 8 of FBSweat, which was a total body workout with weights, and it was definitely an intense 4/5 difficulty workout! No move was ever repeated so I didn't get bored, and yet the whole body was worked thoroughly. Got a decent sweat going too, which is tough to do when it's colder weather. 35 minutes total.

Got around 11k steps total today, would have had more but I had to leave my shift a couple hours early due to feeling awful mentally. No other workouts today. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Just finished the 26 minute low impact cardio workout that I enjoy. It took some effort to get myself started but I'm glad I did it.

Today was a scheduled rest day.

Went to the first anxiety group meeting which wasn't the intake I was expecting, but rather an information session. :/ My appointment date for an intake appointment will come within the next few weeks. The intake appointment will decide which group I will get the most support from, my hunch is that I'll be put into the anxiety group but we'll have to wait and see!

Today I got over 13.5k steps, and I just finished Day 9 of FBSweat, which was a cardio and core focused routine. 35 minutes total, and glad to do a workout for the first time in what feels like ages.

Just finished Day 10 of FBSweat, which was a HIIT workout that was absolutely brutal! It is rated 5/5 on their difficulty scale and I can see why. I had to make a few modifications for myself, but overall was able to keep up. I am now a puddle of sweat, definitely the sweatiest workout in this program so far. 35 minutes total.

Forgot to check in yesterday, oops! I didn't do any actual workouts but I did get in over 16k steps from work and some chores done after work.

Today I just finished Day 11 of FBSweat, which was a cardio workout (difficulty 3/5) that combined high and low impact moves that worked the whole body. 37 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. I may do the extra credit workout later today, it'll depend on how I feel.

Today I got over 18.5k steps, lots of walking was done today!

I also just finished the 27 minute long stretching/yoga/pilates routine that I really like. Today was a rough day and stretching my sore muscles definitely helped my mind to loosen up a bit as well.

Just finished Day 12 of FBSweat, which was a very challenging HIIT/Strength workout. It started out with a HIIT portion that focused more on the lower body, then went into a strength portion with dumbells that worked the whole body, then a cardio burnout round at the end. 4/5 difficulty, 37 minutes total, and I am still sweating as I type this!

Today (Day 14) was a complete rest day, and I decided not to do the optional stretching routine of Day 13. Tomorrow I will start again, looks like Day 15 is an intense HIIT day.

Just finished Day 15 of FBSweat. It was a bodyweight HIIT routine that kicked my butt and had me sweating! I had to take a few extra small breaks, but was glad to see that I didn't have to modify much at all and was able to keep up with a 4/5 difficulty HIIT workout. 32 minutes total and felt like I got a great workout.

If I'm feeling up to it later I may do the extra credit routine for today, which is a 20 minute long lower body/pilates/barre routine. Depends on how I feel later though.

Here is a link to the workout, no equipment needed except yourself! Not for beginners but she does offer modifications throughout the routine:

Just finished the extra credit workout for Day 15, it was a 20 minute lower body focused routine (30 minutes total with the warm up and cool down), with a variety of interesting exercises that were never repeated. I sweated even more during this workout than the one I did earlier today. Mind you, I didn't have a fan blowing in the room this time.

It doesn't happen often, but it feels good when I do the extra credit workout.

Just finished Day 16 of FBSweat, which was an upper body weight lifting routine, 31 minutes total. I've also got in over 12.5k steps so far today. Decided not to do the extra credit workout today.

Bought myself another FitnessBlender program because they are having cyber Monday sales, picked up a 4 week program called FBBurn which is apparently similar to FBSweat, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it!

Days 15 and 16 have left my body feeling quite sore, so I just finished a low impact cardio workout that was 26 minutes total. I may also do a stretching routine tonight. My poor muscles, they have been working hard!
