Got my evening workout in. Mild, random anxiety attack during it, which made me reduce the intensity, but I've been here before, and won't let it discourage me.

Today I got over 12k steps and did some heavy lifting working in the auto department today.

Also just finished an evening routine - just the low impact workout that I enjoy - 26 minutes total. Got my body warmed up and left me feeling relaxed after.

Planned off day yesterday, but spent 4 hours walking at a haunted amusement park! Standard half hour today.

Oops, forgot to post yesterday! Yesterday was pretty much a planned rest day, although I did do a 32 minute long stretching/yoga/pilates routine that was very good for stiff muscles.

Today I got a late start because I didn't go to bed until after 3am (was at my family's house for Thanksgiving quite late) and just woke up recently. I do plan to workout though and I'll post later today what I did.

Just finished a FitnessBlender lower body weight lifting workout that was 40 minutes long. I challenged myself with heavier weights and broke a decent sweat. I'll definitely be coming back to this workout in the future.

I think it's time to up the total amount of time spent working out per day. I didn't want to add to my 30 minutes until it became enough of a habit that I knew I wouldn't get discouraged. I've been consistent enough that if I bite off more than I can chew, the most likely thing is that I'll just go back to 30 minutes again, instead of abandoning the whole shebang.

So, starting today, I'm going to add an extra 10 minutes of cardio at home. I'll post again to confirm that I followed through with it.

Just finished the 27 minute stretch/pilates/yoga routine that I enjoy. Definitely felt some sore lower body muscles which means my workout yesterday was a success. The stretching definitely helped alleviate the soreness. Hopefully it's not too bad at work today!

Haven't posted in this thread for so long, but have been really good on exercising since last time I posted. I've been doing some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes almost every single day and been bicycling A LOT, so I'm super proud of myself. I'm on my way to getting back the body I had before I got depressed which feels great I might post here from time to time but probably not as often as every day. Great of you guys though to keep it up!!

Got over 18.5k steps today, along with carrying a decently heavy load of groceries home. No additional workout today, feeling pooped and just want to sleep before work tomorrow.

Lower body is still sore so I'll take it easy tomorrow morning with a light cardio or stretching routine.

Just finished a morning workout - I did the 26 minute long low impact cardio routine that I enjoy. Got my body warmed up without having to overly use my sore muscles. They are still sore today, but I shouldn't be surprised...with delayed onset muscle soreness, mine tends to peak at 2 days after the workout. So by tomorrow I should be fine. I might do a stretching routine tonight to alleviate my muscles if they are still stiff after work.

Yesterday was a planned off day. I got my 30 minutes in today. I may or may not make the extra 10 minutes tonight, but I'll try!

Just finished an awesome upper body weight lifting routine, 34 minutes total. The weather is getting cooler here so I didn't sweat, but I worked hard and my arms feel sore already!

Forgot to post yesterday, oops! Got over 14.5k steps yesterday but didn't do any additional working out.

Today I just finished a lower body/core routine of my own building (with the help of FitnessBlender). I chose my favourite lower body strength moves and combined them with a 10 minute abs routine from FB. 44 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. It was fun to choose my favourite moves - it was basically deadlift variations, weighted bridges and pilates moves. Broke a decent sweat.

I forgot too! I've hit my 30 minutes every day this week except Tuesday. Haven't quite gotten up to 40 minutes yet, but I'm still a-tryin'!
Thanks for this!

Just finished the 26 minute low impact cardio routine from FitnessBlender that I enjoy. Broke a decent sweat today, which was a nice surprise.

My step count will likely be lower than usual today since I'll be doing aisle maintenance, and not stocking shelves, but we'll see!

Got just over 10k steps today, and I got the last 1k or so walking around the house. Definitely less walking involved with aisle maintenance, but I prefer it otherwise! No other activity tonight otherwise.

Just finished a low impact cardio routine from Fitnessblender. I made some modifications to make the routine more difficult and broke a good sweat, I am pleasantly surprised! 27 minutes total. I may do more tonight, we shall see.

Just finished an evening routine, a 32 minute long stretching/pilates/yoga combination that I really enjoy. Got my body nice and warm and I felt relaxed. Now I'm off to do a meditation.
